WiFi code not in room! Couldn’t be bothered to go back downstairs. The sign outside the lift to my room pointed the wrong way! I boiled the kettle and lots of soap bubbles came out and made a mess!!

Slightly convoluted after hours check-in (door code then a lock box). Breakfast was quite limited and a bit over-priced. Not a lot of alternatives close by other than the station.

We booked because of the proximity to Avignon TGV station as we had an early train to catch upon leaving. Easy sub-10 minute walk to the station. Room was clean and functional and ample for our needs. Small kitchenette enabled some self-catering. Staff were helpful in terms of getting into Avignon itself for some sightseeing.

A good no-frills place to spend the night between trains. Very calm and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there’s a little kitchenette. It was clean and convenient. Easy walk from the TGV station.

Opening the front door with the code - we arrived late at night - was a bit of a struggle, but it worked out in the end.

Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station, which was very convenient for us. Breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly.

It is looking a little tired and scruffy in the kitchen and bathroom areas and the drains in the bathroom smell bad. However, it's ok for one night.

We had asked for a double bed and got twin beds instead.

Our room was clean and quiet, the kitchen area was well-equipped and had all we needed. Staff were helpful and we had a good meal at the local restaurant to end our lovely time in Avignon before the TGV home.

When addressing the property over late check-in--to make sure all runs good, you are vaguely told that "they will do what they can" instead of simply reassuring "no problem, here's the instruction".

All is fine. Perfect aparthotel. Close to the train station, which is why we chose this option, as our train arrived late in the evening. Check-in is clear described in the instruction. Bus stop to commute to the town is nearby.

Need to key in password to go back to hotel after 9pm, so not that guest stay friendly. But i understand of the inconvenience because of staff working hours.

The location was close to the Avignon TGV and the train was 6minutes but came infrequently. The last train of the night was too early so we spent a lot of money catching ubers. Otherwise it was an hours walk to Avignon centre. There was evidence of mould in the bathroom, near the shower. The curtains weren't block-out so the room was sunny very early, you could also see the street lights at night.

It was a good sized apartment with kitchen facilities if you needed them. We were able to use items to go on a picnic in town. The water refill station was handy but it broke towards the end of our stay.

Some wear starting to show e.g., cracking in the shower grouting, but otherwise clean and tidy.

Good breakfast with all the basics there. Bed comfortable. Convenient for arriving late by train into Avignon. Great to have a kitchenette.
