The staff at this property were exceptional - they went above and beyond to help us book restaurants, wine tastings and taxis and were so passionate about the area. Breakfast is fantastic and the setting of the property and the interior design is really beautiful.

The staff was friendly and careful. The quality of the beds outstanding. The breakfast excellent. The rooms and the entire house is nicely decorated : a nice mix of modern furnitures in the perfect and nicely renewed old house. The place was quite and well located in the city center.

very nice and charming house, great common spaces such as garden, terrace, eating room, cellar, etc. Super friendly personnel that made us feel at home immediately. In the heart of the small village of Arbois so all is walking distance. Excellent recommendations and a great place for wine lovers because of the connections with wineries in the region.

The whole experience was magical. From the town of Arbois, to the beautiful hotel and grounds. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious - and the service...wow - I feel like I made new friends! I'm looking forward to an extended trip some time in the future!

As Americans, we would have preferred a tub/shower combination that allowed us to stand up while using. But we know it's a cultural thing . . . .

As we are older guests, we would have preferred a room that did not require access via three sets of stairs.

The large room was comfortably furnished. The full breakfast offered a range of dishes and exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and happy to assist with any requirements.

The warm greeting, responsiveness, fantastic breakfast, feeling of privacy yet being in a home shared by others was lovely. Our room was perfect and decor is charming and authentic. Ideal location in the heart of Arbois. Excellent breakfast. Elise, the hotel manager, was very welcoming; she's an ideal host. The grounds were beautiful as well and the wine available for purchase on property was excellent too. We had our 9 year old daughter with us, and while she was the only child at the hotel during the stay, we felt that she was very welcome.

Arbois is a lovely town in a beautiful location, surrounded by the Jura mountains and Closerie Les Capucines was the perfect place from which to enjoy it. Elise was the perfect host and the property is beautiful inside and out. We could have stayed for days if we had the time. A magical place.

The facility was charming and well decorated and appointed. Breakfast was wonderful and the ambiance of the dining areas was amazing. The entire experience was wonderful. We hope to return. This is truly a must do!
