The room was quiet and clean, although a little small. There was a kettle and supplies for hot beverages. The walkway to the Historic Center of Strasbourg was very accessible from the hotel and we walked to and from town everyday of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. The restaurant had convenient hours for dinner and were able to meet my dietary needs. We had their delicious breakfast every day we stayed.

The heating unit doesn’t really heat the room due to the way the air comes out of the heater. It would be more efficient to have a heater that faces outward as where it’s currently positioned, it’s directly up under the mirror and tv when the heater gets hot, it shuts off for a little while. It was really cold this weekend so that was my only issue with my stay

This hotel was very cost effective. Me and my girlfriend were visiting Strasbourg for the weekend and didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money so we chose this hotel. The room was alot smaller than expected but that was okay because it was really comfortable. I wish the heat circulated in the room better but everything was clean and the staff was super nice! The front desk representatives were very nice as well and I felt confident in this place when I checked in. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Strasbourg. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but after reading some of the reviews, I will try it during the next stay. The location was really good as it was only a 5 minute walk across from the train station so we were able to get anywhere in the city very quickly. That provided us with a safer way of traveling so that was a really plus!

nothing, it was awesome

The location is great (20-25 mins walking to city centre), 15 min by car from the airport (around 13-15 euro by Uber). The breakfast for 15 euro is great value for money, the selection of cheese is wonderful. The rooms are tiny, but clean, with all that you need and they changed the towels. It was a lovely experience, the staff was very helpful and nice, and the overall look was superb.

Easy to find, we arrived in the dark and pouring rain. Parking was straightforward. Warm welcome and a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant before retiring for the night in a very comfortable bed.

The property met all our expectations.

It was a great stay — exactly what you would expect from a classic no-frills hotel. There were nice touches in the room, like a kettle and extra blankets. Staff were accommodating in letting us check-in early and also letting us store our bags upon check-out.

The location was within easy walking distance of Petit France and the Vauban Barrage. We could get a tram back easily after dark. The hotel staff were vary helpful and pointed out all the routes and tram stops for us. Recommended.

The restaurant is a little bright and formal but again the waiter was polite and helpful.
