Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesHost does not speak English and accepts cash/check only. As others have said, no towels, soap, or shampoo provided. The owner does not live on the premises and is impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Plan accordingly.
It's a budget B&B. Met my expectations for the price (€60). It's 2 beds in an old house, but seems recently updated/refurbished. I didn't have any issues with a gross shower like some other reviewers.

GermanyWe (3 person) stayed in April 2023 in this house during our climbing vacation. Although we are all easy going and modest, the following issues have to be mentioned so that you can have a clear imagination of this house and what you will get for your money. 1. No included charching station for electrical car on the property of the house Our main reason why we booked this house was because we traveled by electric car and needed access to a near by charging station. The owner advertise here on booking.com with a charging station included in the equipment of the house. Sadly that is not true. The mentioned charging station is not included and not on the property of the house. It is located on the parking spots of the train station where you also have to pay for the parking fee! 2. Really bad Wi-Fi Connection We stayed on the 1st floor of the house where the Wi-Fi connection in our 2 rooms was really bad or non existent! 3. Bad heating The heating in our rooms only worked for specific time during the day (mostly in the evening) and only on a moderate intensity. At night it can be quite freezy in the rooms! 4. Beds with old used mattresses We slept in a children room with 2 seperate children beds and in an adult sleeping room with 1 double bed. The double bed was ok but the children beds are quite challenging. If you are a tall person (> 1,80-1,85 m) the children beds will be too short for you. As for the children beds the condition of the mattresses is kind of old used which explained our uncomfortable experience with the spikey springs of the mattresses. 5. Low warm water pressure in the shower If you want to have a warm shower you have to be patient because the warm water pressure is really low. 6. No keys to lock our rooms while we are going out and other guest are on the ground floor! 7. The use of the kitchen isn't allowed! That means you cant cook, prepare small snacks or even make a tea although a kettle is state here as an equipment of the house!
- friendly owner who tried her best to communicate with us - central location right next to the train station - bakery and small cafe right next to the house - small market with local products is held 2 times per week on the place right in front of the house - free parking spot in the entrance/garden of the house

LuxembourgIf you have an issue with smell of old objects, this place is to be avoided. The room is a former kids bedroom or something.
Location next to the train station - beware of market on Sunday between 00.00 and 14.00, parking in the area can be an issue; property has some parking solutions. Towels and sheets clean, bed comfortable. Host very welcoming.

SingaporeThere was no wifi in our room, I had to go in the kitchen at night to get a connection
It's right at the exit of the train station. Be mindful that there's no sign at the entrance. Follow the small path. The host was very kind and helpful. The room is very large and overall comfortable.
