To our bad luck, we had a big party in the next compound which was loud. But not the fault of the hotel.

Parking was great. We could leave the car and take the public transport for visiting the city. Staff were friendly.

AC was not enough for the bed on the up floor. AC remote was malfunctioning. Only 2 cups were there for 3 people. Providing water kettle should be better.

Late check-in was arranged. When we called support for air conditioner functioning problem, they immediately came even after midnight.

Bad parking signs, not allowing to park all cars in the night, room door did not close well, a/c did not work well, overall rusty. Probably not so good value for money.

Slightly dated facilities and could do with a good luck of paint. Breakfast slightly basic but you get what you pay for.

Quirky but slightly dated property on the edge of Avignon. Liked the friendly staff and mezzanine sleeping area for the kids. Good AC at night.

The place is dearly in need of major upgrades and repairs. Reminds me of old army barracks. Rooms are quite small.

Paper thin walls. We could hear a baby crying on the other room. Had to sleep with earplugs. Our AC unit was very noisy too. The bathroom was old. Overall the room wasn’t very nice, but the outside it was.

My bed was in the haunted spot where Wi-Fi just kept dropping after few seconds and funnily, it was not just Wi-Fi, but even my phone signal as well. Sometimes I could find some spots where it worked, but moving my laptop or phone by a centimeter resulted in connection being dropped out again. I was able to find some working spot on the last day. There is definitely an improvement to be had here. Toilet was leaking water a little bit, so you could hear it filling the tank on its own once in a while, but no biggie!

Great locality — it’s very quiet and peaceful. Surroundings are great too! You don’t even feel like being in a city. Rooms give you more privacy than you would expect, since all rooms are on the ground with the entry from outside, and they have pretty thick walls. Bathroom has a bathtub, which is not what I would expect in this price range! Another amazing thing was breakfast, which had a very vide variety of foods to choose from! Check-in and check-out were smooth and personal was great!

The fact that I was double charged just because I bought a coffee. Upon arrival I asked if I can pay for coffee and offered cash for it however the guy in the reception refused and instead canceled the previous 'hold" that was made on my account for the hotel, and made a new one which left me short of €179 for the period of 5 days!

The place needs urgent intervention. The motel has very old buildings, is understaffed, has no reception desk at all times during the day and problems need to be reported at the next Ibis hotel!!! The worst was the fact that in our room (for 3 adults) we had to remove the stairs that led to the bunk bed to open the bathroom door! And the bathroom itself was so tiny and the bath tube so old, it was shocking. We will not return.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the expected.
