OKish Hotel in central location for incredible high Parisian prices. The breakfast room was under construction during our stay with no compensations.

The room was much smaller than expected (typical for the neighborhood).

The location was excellent and the team was very nice. There were works when we came but they were very understanding and gave us a little champagne for the inconvenience.

The rooms were described as cosy and they were small but had all the facilities you needed including step in shower and hair dryer. The only problem was that they were refurbishing the breakfast room so we had breakfast in our cosy room with a table installed in such a way that you could not fully open the entrance door. As there was only one chair one person had to eat their breakfast on a side table while sitting on the bed.

You had a choice of breakfasts and we usually had the gourmet which is enormous and generous. It had scambled eggs, sausages, an assortment of meat and cheese, croissants and bread, an assortment of fruit, tea and coffee, warm milk, fruit juices. The yoing staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much. They booked taxis and recommended local restaurants. Because it ws my birthday they laid on a half bottle of champagne and a gift of gourmet biscuits and dressed the large doube bed with artificial rose petals spelling out HB with a big heart. They also upgraded our room so we had a view over the street instead of the back. A wonderful reception.

Very steep and narrow stairs can be a challenge, esp. for elderly people and with suitcases.

Perfect location for sightseeing, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, relatively spacious room (they let us choose between 3).

Breakfast was minimal if not gone by 9am, table always full, had to wait. Only one person serving. Room was very small, and no biscuits with drinks.

Lighting in the room needs to be improved.

We were upgraded on arrival, which was a nice surprise. Very good breakfast choice. Location of property was ideal & within easy walking distance to major museums (Louvre, L’Orangerie, Musée d’Orsay, Eugène Delacroix, Les Invalides & so much more)

The location is the best with all major attractions starting with Rivoli, Notre Dams, Louvre museum are at walking distance from the property. Location of three major subway stations adds value to the property. Customer service Team was excellent and ever helpful for all the information requested.

The door in the bathroom did not close properly and did not lock.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Louvre, Notre-dame and the metro. There are lots of great restaurants and boulangeries close by. We had the family room which was comfortable. The breakfast was also nice and staff very attentive and approachable.

nothing, we had a great stay. The room was clean, shower worked well and it was not facing the street so noise was minimum.

loved the location, the hotel staff, and the room itself. Everything was great we will definately return. Didnt have the breakfast on offer for no other reason than we wanted to try all the cafes.
