A small but nice room

The bathroom must have been lovely when first fitted but it now needs a refurb; there were unsightly repairs though it was all clean. Also, the shower wasn't great. We thought the breakfast was a little pricey for self service so treated ourselves instead to breakfast in a traditional cafe for only two or three more euros! We were allowed to access free hot drinks from downstairs but tea, coffee and hot chocolate in our rooms would have been more convenient.

Staff were so kind and helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception on the last day so we could access the Eiffel Tower. The room, bedding and bathroom were all clean and we slept well. The location was fabulous - a boulangerie, greengrocer and chemist nearby, lots of local shops, cafes, metro stations and the main station in the area round about. Views of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the street outside were beautiful.

The bathroom was too small.

The parking lot allows us to get in and get out whenever we wanted which was very convenient. The street parking space was free of charge in Paris on Sunday so going to see the Eiffel Tower at night worked really well!!!! Tiny room with no closet but staying one night was sufficient. The staff were very friendly!

Rooms are very small. Single beds are narrow and small.

In the triple room, the single bed is a little uncomfortable, since the mattress is a little bit thin.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, helping with every question or request. No noise was heard from outside. Various breakfast, lacking a little bit on fruit but overall great. Very close to a Metro stop and many good restaurants.! Would definitely recommend.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel. I received warm and welcoming follow-up emails after booking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even during my late-night check-in. The hotel and room were clean, quiet, and cozy. The only downside was a strong smell of paint in my room. It was late and I was too tired to request a room change. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary tea, coffee and a croissant the following morning in the cosy kitchenette. There was also the option to upgrade to a full continental breakfast for just €10, which was great value. The location is incredibly convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse.

The room was very minimally decorated without much character and no art or style. The sheets on the bed felt like they had been treated with chemicals and made me allergic. There wasn’t a space to relax in the room apart from sitting on the bed and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The shower was also broken at the nozzle so couldn’t use it properly and it needed a good clean as the tiles were dirty.

The breakfast was really very excellent and the rooftop garden lounge area was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly too. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for Paris in general. It was large to accommodate two people comfortably (I went with my Mum).

The room was very small and it was difficult to carry my suitcase up the stairs from the street.

All staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a range of fresh produce and a variety of options.

Bathroom was a bit tired and shower cubicle could do with re grouting as it felt dirty but all else was very clean!

rooms need a little renovating

Basic foods, fruit, yougurt, juice, coffee, were available for free at the lobby 24 hours. Room larger than expected for Paris at this price
