Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Needs better choice of hot food at breakfast .

Lovely hotel with a wonderful boutique feel to it. Nice sized rooms but some minor design/layout elements stopped this being a 10-rated review. Key pain points - - no power outlet near the table and chairs in the room, so you can’t work from that desk - poor lighting in the bathroom making it quite dark around the hand basin area - tv placed on a side wall so uncomfortable to view - oversized clock radio on side table emitting a bright light from the clock face, making it difficult to sleep - same radio having a huge plug that makes it impossible to plug anything into the USB outlet under it Aside from the above, it was a lovely hotel

The hotel is in good location (close to metro stations and bus stops) with many restaurant, cafes in walking distance. The staff is super helpful, the breakfast has a wide varierty of choices. The pool is nice and ideal with small children as well.

One disadvantage is that it doesn`t have parking and if you come by car, parking on the street is very expensive.
Very nice staff, very cozy atmosphere.

Still have not received an invoice for my stay. Front desk refused to issue an invoice claiming booking.com should be doing it. Booking.com is stating thenproperty should be issuing one. VERY annoying! So I am rating VfM down.
Great location, Eiffel tower is 25 mind on foot. Nice restaurants in walking distance, clean hotel, nice little pool

Everything was fine, no complaints
We booked primarily for the spa which we really enjoyed. It is difficult to find hotels with spas in Paris due to limitations of space.

Fab hotel in a great location but more importantly staff were super friendly, really made our stay. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Breakfast was relaxing and buffet restocked continuously. If returning to Paris we would definitely rebook.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Eiffel Blomet, the facilities are brilliant and the staff provided us with excellent service, the location is fantastic (we walked to the Eiffel Tower) definitely recommend this hotel

The only thing i didn't liked that was only for card for the room, which means that one cannot leave while the other want to stay inside

Coffee maker in room didn’t work (again) Got locked out of changing rooms at the pool (again) Plastic flip flops instead of slippers in the room. We love this hotel generally though
Jacuzzi in the pool, friendly helpful staff, clean room, games and treats in the reception Love the spa. Love the windows - I could see my wee girl playing in the mist shower from the sauna

The room was quite small, I would like to suggest ranging some walls pins for coats!
We had a lovely time and experience. The Spa area was just perfect for a relaxing weekend!

Our room was quite small, but we did book the lowest category room so if you book a higher category room the room will be more spacious I imagine!
Lovely clean rooms in a great location, very modern and the beds were really comfy!

Sauna and steam room were not working on occasion
Staff friendly, close to metro and buses . 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Lovely cafes and restaurants close by . Pool lovely and had it to ourselves 2 times .

Situated in a very quiet street not far from UNESCO and the Tour Eiffel. Cozy room with large shower. Very kind personnel. A nice swimming pool and SPA.

Great staff. This was my fourth stay and the facility is always clean. It’s three minutes to the metro station at Vaugirard.

The breakfast set up was a little bit chaotic. Some of the staff were efficient but we found that they were slow to replenish glasses, cutlery and cups and we had to ask a few times for clean ones to be brought to the table, which took time and spoilt the experience a bit for us. They were also really slow to replenish some of the patisseries etc too. The breakfast selection was perfect for the needs of a small hotel but they have to manage and plan better around how the things are replenished.
The lounge area with the fire place was really wonderful and cozy to come back to after a day out in the cold. The front desk staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was very comfortable and I really liked the bathroom design and cleanliness. The products are good quality which was a nice touch. We found it very easy to walk to dinner at night time and to the Eiffel Tower and the rest of Paris and also easy to get an Uber in the location. We travelled with our 18 month old and found it very child friendly.

More room to sit and relax downstairs in the reception. All the spaces were taken up most times we wanted to sit down and enjoy a drink. So we had to sit in the dining room.

The ventilation in bathroom is not good.
