The room was small, but fairly typical of Paris so no real surprise. The only disappointment were the breakfast pastries. Small and cold.

The check-in was excellent, the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was quite good, much better than most hotel buffets. And freshly squeezed juice!

Well located close to the metro and very good neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Breakfast was good and a great start to the day. Swimming pool and spa was a good relaxation at the end of a long day of site seeing.

I loved it all

Feels like home! Service is kind and helpful and caring. Even sharing round hotel made banana bread at breakfast - it’s like they are excited to do their jobs. The breakfast is absolutely beautiful - fresh and well maintained. The spa is clean and simple- lovely to get robes and real flip flops in your rooms. The showers are beautiful and Nuxe honey toiletries are sublime .. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back! If you walk 5 minutes down the road - You get a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower!!

There was a delayed check-in, but the staff was friendly and did everything they could to solve the issue.

The hotel is great; rooms are big and the breakfast is great: one does not need anything else in the morning! The swimming pool and the other facilities (hamam, showers, sauna) are awesome! The location is great; although the nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walk, the metro line 6 goes directly to Trocadéro and it connects with all the lines you need as a tourist.

Very little. Was perfect for our long weekend stay.

Location was great, breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the junior suite which had a huge roof top terrace which was maxing for a Paris city centre hotel. Perfect for a couple with a young child. The pool area was great too.

The mattresses were a big too hard for my husband‘s liking.

The breakfast was a treat, lovely selection of healthy and carbohydrate/protein rich foods. The freshly squeezed orange juice was much appreciated ad was the nice selection of french cheeses and mini croissants snd pain au chocolate. However, the breakfast room always felt extremely warm(possibly due to the spa region gound 1 floor below). The rooms are tastefully designed, I especially liked the art-deco reception area and the large Kadinsky painting as you strp into the hotel.

no real bar to enjoy cocktail in evenings. Rooms do not have a little balcony, wardrobe opens really funny making us hurt our heads and toes.

The double bed being two singles pushed together. It is very common in hotels but doesn’t make it any more comfortable. We cosleep with our toddler for now and we were worried that she would fall through the middle.

The staff were really amazing and ever so helpful nothing was too much to ask and they even anticipated a lot of what we may need ahead of us asking which was so helpful when travelling with a toddler.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, good public transport access. Location is perfect, several restaurants and amazing local shops in walking distance. Delicious breakfast and nice spa. We enjoyed it with our 5 years-old, ideal for a city trip.
