We didn't use the spa nor the pool so the room was comfortable and the breakfast room was good as well. .

It took some discussion to convince the reception staff that we really wanted another (smokefree) room. After involvement of the management all was taken care of.

Very nice hotel, spacious room. Somebody smoked in our room prior to our stay. Since there was no other (similar) room available, we got an upgrade (after some discussion). Staff was very friendly during the process.

It’s a little off the beaten path for those travelling by Eurostar.

Tasty breakfasts. We all slept incredibly well in comfortable beds in a quiet, temperature controlled room and the pool was excellent. Easy to walk to Eiffel tower and catch metro to other areas. Staff kind and spoke English.

Fruit salad was't so fresh and it would be nice to have some all brands cereals (there were only the corn flakes, granola and muesli) also some low fat yogurt would be great.

the pool is great- had an amazing swim; room was small but comfortable and clean. Services is exceptional, staff is friendly and very helpful. So far, one of the best hotel I have been in Paris

The breakfast buffet was limited, there wasn't much for vegetarians or non meat option. Otherwise it was a good mix of breakfast food.

The hotel is quirky and in a good location near the Metro. The pool and gym is small but convenient. Our room was standard size, a little on the small side but it works for 2 people well. The staff are great and really friendly. It is a good family hotel for couples as well as for children. It is away from the hustle and bustle, there are lovely cafes near the hotel too. The Hotel itself is kept up to standards and is clean. The gym and pool is a bonus. I would defo stay again.

The breakfast buffet could be organized more logical. Start with bread and plates e.g. and have the eggs, coffee machine and toast at a different spot. Breakfast area is also not very spacey.

The hotel itself was really good, clean, friendly and helpful staff (e.g. they recommended a couple of good restaurants near the hotel). Different metro stations are a walking distance away from the hotel. Well known attractions like the Eiffel tower, Musée Rodin or les Invalides are also close enough to walk there. Breakfast was good for a French hotel. Coming from the northern part of Europe it was missing e.g. porridge but otherwise everything was fine. We were staying with our 4-year-old child and the Junior suite was perfect for us - plenty of space and comfort.

The service at breakfast can be very good to just average depending on who is serving you. The food itself is very tasty and fresh.

All the staff in reception are fantastic, extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I would rate them 10/10 and they made our stay at the hotel very memorable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
