Everything was great except the lift was so small. Not worth using for our luggage. The stairs were sort of spiral, not too difficult to use with luggage.

I loved the area it was in! Quiet and nice places to eat around. Close to bus stops and quick walks to beautiful places in Paris.

The regular Paris room. Small but convenient to all your need in sleeping. Bathroom is ok for regular size like us. But for bigger ones it would be harder for them. Location was great.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were compact but I was aware of this before I went there. The shower was very good. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of things to choose from. I especially loved the coffee.

Check in was slow (40 minutes for three customers) and the room was still not ready at 19:30. Upon return from dinner, the room smelled of the cleaning agent - probably bleach - so pungently that my nose and head hurt. Keeping the window open was not possible, since the room was on the ground floor. The hotel had no available rooms so the first night I barely slept due to the smell. We needed a receipt for the company expense. Communicating that was difficult but after 10 minutes we got it.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The upper sixth of the Eiffel tower was visible from the room with a view on the tower. Room got changed after the first night.

when I arrived my room was incredibly hot - I had ti turn off the radiator which took some time to cool. Inward facing courtyard rooms can be noisy at times. I requested to have my room cleaned at 9am when I went out to meetings and on my return at 1.30pm, still not done and when I asked why they said because they do it in turn which makes no sense when a guest specifically asks for the room cleaned whilst they’re out and I’ve never known a hotel not to clean upon request!

The rooms& bathrooms/showers are quite small so would not recommend for larger clientele.

This Hotel is in a perfect location, less than 5 minutes walk-to the Eiffel tower and attractions and surrounded by some lovely Japanese and Italian & Parisian restaurants. Hotel Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

there wasn’t anything to dislike about the hotel, yes the rooms are small as is the bathrooms but I’m a 6ft 5 guy so everything is small!

the hotel was perfect for us in its location. the staff were friendly and the room were very clean and presented well. booked a room with the view of the Eiffel Tower and it was perfect as my wife wanted to see her every morning we woke up.

The shower is so small. Everything you turn you shut off the water.

The main bedroom which was right off an atrium lacked blinds or other opaque material. It had shear curtains, but with lights on in the atrium and room made it much less comfortable and private. We did find out that the normal opaque curtains had broken a few days before but had not been able to be fixed. This is the only reason for the 9. The staff themselves were friendly and apologized for this issue.
