Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRoom was very compact with little room to unpack - luckily we only had hand luggage. No ventilation or extractor in bathroom. Would I book again? Probably not - unless for one night!
Staff were friendly and helpful. shower great and hot and location suited. A few minutes walk to metro station but we walked! Was 20 mins walk to Eiffle Tower

United KingdomThe elevator is tiny so with a baby and a stroller we had to do 3 or 4 trips to get up to our room. The elevator also doesn't go all the way up to the top so you then need to carry your luggage and stroller up a flight of stairs. The cleaner also used our bathroom when headed out for 10 minutes, she used our toilet and didn't even flush!

NetherlandsI didn’t like that the water in the shower did not flow with the required pressure but very slowly, that there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, I also wish there was more choice of tea for two people and that the kettle didn’t smell like vinegar. and it would also be nice if the dust on the lampshades right next to the bed was wiped off
I like the location, smiley stuff , view from the room on the Eiffel Tower , room give very good vibe about Paris

AustraliaThat spiral staircase haha 😄 but it was quant
What a lovely cosy hotel. The staff were friendly, and the lovely guy at reception carried my giant suitcase up and down the spiral staircase. I am so appreciative of his lovely help. Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great as you could walk to the Eiffel Tower area, which, of course, is my favourite part of Paris

United StatesFor the Americans going to Paris please note it had a tight toilet space as well as a tight shower. And the bed was very stiff like a brick.
It was a cute little hotel! Staff was nice and welcoming. We had fresh new towels daily. Large windows.

United KingdomNothing.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very close to a number of metro stops and 10 mins walk yo Les Invalides at end of street from hotel, Eiffle Tower about 25min walk away. Room size was fair for Paris and immaculate. Housekeeping were lovely and offered fresh towels even if we didn't want the room cleaned. We stayed here for 2 weekends for the rugby World Cup, which worked out well as a good train route to stade de france, and would stay again. Supermarket nearby and wee shops and lots of great restaurants and amazing japanese/french patisserie few mins walk. At night, the area between the train stop and the hotel can, on first impressions, feel a little unsure but felt perfectly safe and no issues at all coming and going through the day or at night.

United KingdomThere is a Metro pass by outside of window but it didn't really matter if I shut window it wasn't that noisy.
I chose the room with Eiffel tower view. I could see Eiffel tower from side view from my window. Room was very clean and bathroom and everything was fantastic. Staffs are very kind. Breakfast was good but extra to pay for it. Location was good because line 6 and 10 was walking distance and many restaurants were nrar by. Place was in sage area. Tgis hotel had a lift so I like it too.
