Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe room was small but very comfortable.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was close to shops, the metro and the Eiffel Tower was walking distance.

AustraliaVery small room, pictures slightly misleading. The shower was not great and the drain seemed to be clogged as it took a long time to clear the water.

LebanonThe room's shower didn't have a door to close, so water was almost everywhere after taking a shower.
Staff were friendly. The room was OK and the bed was comfy. There was water kettle and coffee/tea bags in the room which was fantastic. The hotel is too close to the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by many good restaurants.

ItalyThe room was smoller than the one we saw in the pictures, that should have been with the on the tour Eiffel but instead there was no view, just a wall. The room was very dusty, the bed was not comfortable at all. Regarding the cleaning, even if you don't ask for it the will do it anyway so be aware of this! It's too expensive for the quality that they offer.
Location, very close to metro stop. The area is full of shop. The other good thing is the reception open 24/7.

CanadaRoom was incredibly small. We expected small but it was small. Bathroom toilet was very small, impossible if you are a large person. Shower is very small and basically in the middle of the room with only a curtain for privacy, but there is a large mirror directly in front so anyone else in the room can see everything. Carpets and walls were filthy in hallways.
Staff were nice, location was great. Bed was comfortable enough. Had AC.

United StatesWe struggled with the size of the room since we had two large check in luggages. we could also hear the pipes which was not too bad but just very frequent. The size of the elevator is very small but it’s doable for four people with some pivoting
Bed and AC were the great. The city view was amazing. The location was quiet but still close to food areas. It was easy to walk to the train stations. Check in and check out process was super easy and the hotel managers are helpful

AustraliaRooms are tiny, and have paper thin walls. We were awoken each night by people talking going in and out of the room all night long. Hotel rooms could do with a deep clean.

United KingdomMetro train was outside our window, carpets were disgusting in the halls, walls thin, room tiny, my husband had to climb on the bed from the foot of the bed as there wasn't enough room for him to walk beside the bed on his side. If you value your sleep, perhaps not this hotel. It's noisy with trains going by

AustraliaVery misleading, the room DOES NOT look like the pictures at all. Was very disappointed as I had booked a once in a lifetime paris trip for our room to be a little dungeon on the first floor. The facilities that are listed also are not included. If you’re looking at booking and think it looks like a cute little place near the eifel tower don’t bother, there’s lots better places out there.

United KingdomThere was grime inside the toilet Previous people who had stayed in the room had left hair all over the toilet seat which wasn’t cleaned up after - absolutely disgusting Tiles were broken inside the shower. The hand soap was in the shower and the shower jel was next to the sink!! There were uncovered fuses underneath the bed and ontop of the curtains. The safe had stopped working and the receptionist told me how to get out of my my own safe and told me that the batteries would be replaced tomorrow , tomorrow never came. Tv is capped at volume so we were unable to listen to music. Even though there was lifts , the stairs are bent in a weird position so it made it difficult to bring luggage up and down. The rooms are really close together to another persons room. ( wouldn’t recommend this hotel for couples ).
Bed was comfortable. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower Plenty of places to eat near by Metro station right opposite

IranOn the second night. Around 1:30 AM, we observed a significant number of bedbugs. The night before, my spouse had complained to me about insect bites, Upon seeing these bedbugs, we realized the problem. I quickly asked the receptionist to change our room. At first, he said they couldn't and that there were no available rooms. Then, my spouse went to the hotel lobby to sleep, and because of this, the receptionist managed to reserve another room for us in a nearby hotel. The number of bedbugs indicated that these pests had been present in the hotel for a long time. The next morning, we returned to the hotel to file a complaint, but the manager was not there and reception told us he would arrive at 11 AM. I asked the receptionist to wash our clothes at a specific temperature to ensure any insects would be eliminated. However, she refused, saying it was not their responsibility, and instructed us to wash our clothes ourselves. She provided us with a bottle of vinegar for cleaning. It's truly regrettable that instead of enjoying the sights in Paris, we were dealing with cleaning our belongings and eliminating the possibility of bedbugs. After cleaning, I went to see the manager at 11 AM, but he still hadn't arrived. After an hour, he finally showed up. Suddenly, the receptionist informed us that the manager didn't speak English and that we should communicate our issue to the reception. Interestingly, the receptionist (a lady) had been sewing during this whole time. I requested laundry service, compensation for one day's loss (I had purchased tickets for several places and missed visits due to the situation), and an extension of our stay. The receptionist spoke to me sarcastically and after a lengthy argument, they agreed to clean our clothes, provide us with a room in another hotel, and pay a charge for the first two nights of our stay as a penalty. It did not satisfy us at all, In the end, they also didn't pay the two-night penalty.

FranceI had a major leak from ceiling over my bed. Fortunately there was another bed in the room. Staff was not very helpful when I called to inform them what was happening and didn’t bother to come up to the room to at least check and assist how to prevent water from destroying the bed. I had to problem solve and put garbage can under

HungaryThe room was tiny, 3x3m barely enough room to walk around the bed. There was a small buit in cupboard for clothes that was nice. It's on the first floor and there's a rail track at the same hight which made opening windows impossible because of the noise and the dust of the traffic. Breakfast was bad, we've notified them that we'd like breakfast on pur last morning before checking out. It should have started at 7, I told them we're going to be there by 7. By 7:30 we were still waiting so they would set up the buffet breakfast. Which was not good, no vegetables except some tomatoes, no alternative milk, loads of sugary stuff, all of that for 14 Euros per person. You can get a nice fresh omelette with tea/coffe for 9 Euros 5 min. walk from there. We only choose this option so we could leave as early as possible, which never happened because of all the inconveniences... Cleanliness was ok, I guess. But I had to clean out a bunch of red hair from the bathroom when we arrived, otherwise it seemed clean
I choose this accomodation because it was located relatively close to the Eiffel tower. Everyone was kind and friendly, they cleaned the room every day and changed the towels (despite we didn't want any of those)
