excellent location, great view of the Eiffel Tower,metro station 5 minutes away , coffeshop,4-5 bistro very close, everything was great.

NONE- just some tips: be aware that the elevator is weak and tiny - was not an issue for us at all, but might be for visitors with very large and heavy luggage (if not able to carry it up several flights of stairs) and also those who are heavier themselves (limit 125 kg for everything at a time). Also, it seems to be a shared building, and some nights (like Saturday night) some residents can have very very loud parties til 5 a.m. ... that happened once, we came with a child who needed a good night's sleep (not the fault of the hosts, and this definitely happens everywhere is Paris) . So grab your earplugs, in case you are not a heavy sleeper! Other nights were perfectly (even surprisingly) calm.

VIEW - stunning! you can go to bed and wake up and have coffee with a view of the Eiffel tower! Nice kind of retro-y style inside the apartment, big closets, several mirrors. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated several of our requests (they responded quickly to both booking.com messages and the whatsapp numbers they provide with the reservation). It is located super close to restaurants, cafes (where you can also grab breakfast, even though there is a nice kitchen in the residence), and it is very close to several public transports (including metros). Finally it really IS walking distance to MANY Parisian landmarks and museums, it is super convenient. Bathroom is the biggest one I had ever been able to have access to in Paris :-) and nice hair dryer and shampoo and shower gel provided. Big fridge in kitchen area. Nice stove, water boiler, and capsule coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again for the beautiful vibe!

Safe and secure apartment. The area has restaurants and minimarts/ grocery shops and boulangeries close by. The Saturday morning market is 50m away which is fantastic for fresh produce. The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing. Close to 2 metros. The coffee machine was excellent and plenty of pods on arrival.

The property was lovely and in a gorgeous location - the Eiffel Tower view was amazing! However the flat above ours was quite noisy through the night at the weekend and unfortunately this the only down fall. Apart from that the trip was amazing!

I had a major issue which I could have raised but didn’t to date. I made it crystal clear that I suffer from severe nut allergies and an epi-pen carrier. Unfortunately the washing up liquid in the property included almond oil, which triggered a reaction whereby I was forced to take antihistamines and inject myself with my epi pen just to be sure. I didn’t want to cause a fuss and report this, however, it really important that the owners pay attention to details when it comes to customers needs. This could have been fatal and I am not exaggerating here.

Property itself was great. Clean and in a great location. Views were amazing.

The place is nice, clean and safe. It is close to the Champs-Elysées. There is a pharmacy next to it and you can find everything you need. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a head to install a mobile phone charger. There are towels and a clothes hanger. It is a wonderful hotel.

You could hear the noise from the outside and the place was a little cold due to the temperature dropping and the heating wasn’t strong but not a big deal

This place exceeded all my expectations. The location, communication, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, it was simply magnificent. True parisian flavour. Amazing view of eiffel from both bedroom and living room windows. Eeverything from.elevator to coffee machine functioned perfectly. Very comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the 3 of us. I go to Paris a lot and I'm happy I found this place now. I'll keep going back whenever available.

Towels could be less scruffy

Perfect location for reaching everything by walking , plenty restaurants to eat out . There is local food shop very close to this apartment. Owner replies fast and very helpful . Beautiful view from the little balcony , you can see top of Eiffel Tower through the window . Very good price for location and cleanliness! Had a lovely time , thank you ❤️

There is no television, and the elevator is small; if you have a few bags, you will need to make 3-4 trips.

The transportation to attractions is convenient. The house is also close to shops, restaurants, train stations, and bus stops. The inside of the house is really clean, and the neighborhood is very beautiful. The facilities provided in the house are adequate. The bedroom and sofa beds are big and comfortable. The cooking appliances are fully working and sufficient. The toilet is huge, a 10/10 for its size alone.
