Bed was too hard but that’s a personal choice. Room was cold.

The staff were friendly and spoke English which was great as we didn’t have translate on access. We speak very little French.

The stairway was dirty and smelly, but the room was nice and clean.

Place is close to Eiffel Tower. The receptionist gave us good tips to explore Paris in few hours we had.

Incorrect price point for what’s on offer. Bathroom had mould in it, decor quite dated, minimal refreshments and a bit noisy at night.

Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. Some great restaurants nearby and easy access to the rest of Paris.

They don't have the lift, we had to climb 5 floors. Thankfully we didn't had any luggages with us, only bagpacks. Either way it was such a good stay!

There was the Metro Station close by, the room was clean.

from the minuses, we can say that the rooms are in a worse (old) condition than in the photo. in the room where we were, a spider was killed on the front door (a long time ago) and nobody cleaned it. there was still a hole in the bedclothes (. and for breakfast they wanted to eat porridge with milk, and the milk turned out to be spoiled

What we liked the most was that we could get to the Eiffel Tower without transport. and the bed was very comfortable

The hotel has no elevators. Room small and out dated. But overall good for a 2 star hotel

The receptionists day and night were very helpful and welcoming. The location is great near lots of restaurants and cafes. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. 5 mins to train station Dupleix.

No lift. And our room is in the 4th floor. I always get palpitations on my way up :(

Location is close to the Metro so +bonus. Facilities okay. Staff friendly.

I didn’t read that there were no elevators, so I got a room on the 4th floor and my husband had to bring the bags by himself and the stair were very very tiny so it was hard. The room is too small. I wish we had more space for the bags. But we're my husband and I, so we fit. The tub was kinda of high, so if u come with kids or older people, it won't be a good fit.

I like the area is very safe to walk. Very close to the train station, eiffel tower. Customer service is awesome. I can't remember the name of the lady but she works at during the night, she is great, very helpful, she takes care about the guests. I really like her friendly customer service. The other front desk were good too is just I was out al day so I talk more with the lady at night. The room was very clean the bath too.

Our room was generally very good but a few cosmetic things such as a broken sink cabinet front. Also hadn’t realised there wasn’t a lift, but not a problem for us!

Fantastic location for exploring - close to the Eiffel Tower and some good restaurants, patisseries etc… staff were very helpful, friendly, and the room was fine for what we needed for a couple of nights for two of us. Transport on the metro was at the end of the street which was perfect. Would stay again!

*problem with hot water. on the first day there was no hot water, that was a problem. but the staff quickly solved our problem. but the next day there was also a problem with hot water.
