We had a wonderful stay in Hôtel Eiffel XV. Great location 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower, full of restaurants, pubs and more. Friendly staff and clean room. Highly recommended!

The shower didn't have a curtain which made showering a mess. The price was a little bit high to what was provided, but understandable for the dates.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room spacious and beds comfortable. The location was good, near a metro station and walkable to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks.

They could stand to paint the halls and replace the carpet in the stairs. But that is not a huge drawback. It's only rated two stars but I think it is worthy of more.

The room was small but very clean. Newly remodeled bathroom. You can't beat the location for the price. I'd certainly stay again!

There is no lift at the hotel, we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs.

The stairs were too steep and we have a hard time getting up and down the hotel with our luggage.

Location of the hotel is just a minute away from the train station. Eiffel Tower is some minutes away by foot.

The shower room altogether looked a bit moldy, and the moisture couldn't get out. The views were nothing special, only the windows and backyards of neighbors. Also soundproofing was next to nothing. I could hear everything that happened in the hallway.

Nice staff. The bed was excellent and the room was a cozy temperature. Check in and check out was really easy, and it was easy to get in and out.

There was no elevato and we were on the fourth floor, so we had to go up and down carrying our luggage.

The staff was very receptive and friendly. The room amenities were good and had everything we needed. The location was good, close to the Eiffel Tower (but the view was to the street, and we couldn't see the tower - as shown in the photos).

No lift in hotel, had to go upstairs to 4th floor... didn't like it. A bit cleaner would be perfect!

Customer service was rather poor. The originally agreed change in our dates was somehow not in the system so we did not have a room upon arrival. Even though they had free rooms the receptionist made us wait ~30 mins+ until he arranged some calls. As we showed him several confirmations we received on the date change and they did have free rooms we did not understand why we need to wait for these calls. No explanation was received other than the other receptionist messed up the reservation. Not a big deal but was just an uncomfortable start. No elevator, very narrow staircase, difficult to get upstairs with a big suitcase. Rooms were okay on cleanliness however some visible damage on the night lamps and other items were visible.

Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel tower and in a safe neighborhood. Room was big enough and the bed was ok.

The room smelled a little like cigarette. Also our room was on the first floor next to reception, so it was reeeeally noisy!! Curtains were very dirty, they could update the rooms a bit.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good, bathroom clean and nice.

The only negative is the good audibility of the neighbors in the rooms and in the hallway. But since we stayed for three nights, left in the morning and returned late in the evening, this did not interfere too much.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean (daily cleaning), good wifi, close location to the metro, bus stops and boats. The hotel is located on a quiet street. Many of the main attractions are also within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

No elevator. Didn't have the breakfast because it looked pathetic...the kind you get for free at a cheap American hotel. Also one day they shorted us a bath towel so we had to share one. Eww.

No lift and we was on the last floor, lights where going off very quickly and sometimes we where in the middle of the stairs and couldn't see nothing also very annoying in the morning the stairs door was knocking the walls very loud by people.

Room was very very very small. once you enter the room if you put your luggage inside your room there is no more space to move to here and there. you can hear sound from street and Corridor.

location was good. 15-20 minutes walk from hotel to Eiffel Tower. there are many shops around hotel. so easily you can find your favorite food from street. less than 5 minutes walk to metro. staff was very kind.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and the shower was great. We were on the third floor which is accessed by stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. The window in the room was picturesque. The room was serviced daily and the staff that we saw were lovely and helpful.
