*Room size - Tiny rooms and difficult to move past bed as the TV hangs from the wall at the foot of the bed. The small rooms are the dealbreaker for me. simply too small and the online pics are very deceiving *Heating/ventilation/Cooling - Simply did not work at all. No movement of air. reported twice to two separate employees. Room became uncomfortably hot and we had to open a window to cool the room down, in winter. Open window made it challenging to sleep due to road noise * Soundproofing & Soundproof rooms - our room lacked soundproofing altogether. We could hear our neighbours' conversation clearly through the walls. Could hear conversations and noises in hallways in our room. *Minibar - No minibar in room. only empty fridge. Due to small room size and lack of cooling/ventilation, this fridge became a heater in the room, adding to the uncomfortable heat in the room *Tea/coffee maker in all rooms - There is a kettle only in the rooms. The coffee maker is downstairs in the breakfast area and the coffee is charged extra *Wardrobe or closet - There wasn't really a wardrobe or cupboard in the room. There was a small recess in the wall with a curtain in front of it which was supposed to be the cupboard/wardrobe. The "hole-in-the-wall cupboard" was small. For a coat hanger to fit, it had to be hung side-wise *WiFi - Hit and miss ... Unreliable.

Hotel rooms use key cards, however, there was no lock when in the hotel room for extra security (well, there was a lock, but it was fake!). Not a massive issue however as 2 young female travellers we like to feel extra safe!

Excellent location, near to a metro station. And just a few minutes walking from the Eiffel tower. Breakfast was not included, but we took it on our own, and it was really good.

staff argues about our schedule to be picked up by a taxi- they should not intervene with the customer’s decisions if they want to be picked up early or not. then the taxi was late picking us up.

there wasn't much to unlike. I guess the room was quite small but manageable. the bath room was also quite small and i'm not really a big person.

The staff were very friendly. They went the extra mile when helping us get a cab fast when we needed to catch our train. They were laways helpful and the speak english quite well.

Great location, 7-10 min walk to Eiffel Tower area. A lot of near by restaurants and cafe and 1 min walk to the metro trains station.

Tired and dated decor and the carpets needed a good clean. Hair dryer shorted out, but was emmediatly replaced. Unfortunately the bathroom window was broken and couldn't be opened bit of a safety issue.

Although small the rooms were clean and tidy,beds made every day, facilities cleaned every day, except for the last day when we had to ask for towels.

very small and tiny. not really value for the breakfast inclusive rates. showers in 1 room were so tiny only kids could use it. the other room had a bathtub which could fit a doll.

had inter connecting rooms but not in a standard format. the beds were comfortable. nice location. very friendly and helpful reception staff.

There is a lot to not like here- Didn't feel very welcomed at the late night check-in. The receptionist was slightly rude. Before I could say thank him for checking me in, He quipped ""You're welcome". The lady at the breakfast area was also rather rude. When I arrived in the breakfast area, she said "Go and sit there", allowing me not to look for a different table to my liking. She was constantly staring at people and how they were eating, particular the asian guy on one of the tables and was murmuring with the receptionist while pointing towards him. It takes nothing to be kind to people and accepting differences in people. The breakfast was elaborate but unfortunately the crossiants were hard and definitely not fresh and flaky, something you don't expect in Paris. The property is also overly priced for the room size, hospitality and the breakfast.

The fact that the hotel is just a 13 min walk from the Eiffel tower is really nice. I booked it specifically for that reason so as to be able to see the lights at night but unfortunately there were no lights as per the new energy saving initiative in Paris. T
