Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere is no handle bar for the tub in the bathroom. My wife slipped and fell with bruises in the arms and leg because there was no handle bar to hold on for getting in or out of the tub. Glad it was not a serious injury. I reported to the management and told them to install handle bars before there is serious accident.

CyprusRooms were tired & dated, pillows were not comfortable, bed was small. TV did not have one English channel, strange noise from the air conditioning unit. It was not the most comfortable stay & I probably would not return.
Staff friendly, good location for bars & restaurants. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower.

SerbiaIt’s really not as clean as it should be. Old furniture, old doors and windows and again, not cleaned properly. AC in the room doesn’t really work, although the radiator did a good job and we were warm. Definitely due for renovation. But still, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad hotel. Maybe 2* more than 3. Breakfast area is horrible… small and underground and next to the kitchen. Noisy and claustrophobic. I think for this setup it’s just better not to offer breakfast.
Good location, nice staff. Compared to other hotels I guess it was cheaper for that weekend, although it feels a lot cheaper.

SlovakiaIf I were visiting Paris for work during heavy rains, I would appreciate having something to hang my coat outside the wardrobe so it could dry. The unique "hotel" hangers, which you can not hang anywhere else in the wardrobe, do not help. Iron or trouser press could be useful as well. (I know, I am picky this time)
All started with welcoming and highly professional staff. The room was pretty spacious for "Paris standards" and bed super comfy. With a clean bathroom and nice amenities, it was everything one needed to visit that particular neighbourhood for work.

United KingdomWhilst everything is clean and proper, the hotel itself is a bit tatty, with chipped paintwork here and there and a slight feeling that everything could do with a bit of a refurbishment/redecoration. My room smelt very dusty initially, I think because the heating had been switched on for the first time in the year, with the change of weather. But as the windows opened without any trouble it wasn't the biggest deal airing it out. All in all, not bad despite that for the price. And nothing that would merit not using it again.
The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the 16th Arrondissement, not far from the river. Whilst the neighbourhood isn't the buzzing heart of Paris, there are enough restaurants, bistros, etc around to cover all needs. It's about fifteen mins walking distance to the OECD, which was where I was based for my trip. The view from my (tiny) room was nice (in a kind of traditional Parisian way). Particular notable are the staff who are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The breakfast was excellent, definitely recommended and much more than what you'd expect from what is a small, fairly cheap hotel.

PolandI really lacked the possibility to have a hot tea/coffee in the room. The metro stations were not as close as I would expect.
I liked pretty much everything - the service, the room was very clean and had enough space in the room and bathroom. I enjoyed the view from the window and the area was really nice, very close to the Eiffel Tower and the bus stop is just across the street.

IndiaThe room size was a little less to my liking and i would've preferred a slightly bigger room given the amount that i paid. Some complementary drinks in the minibar would have been nice as well or atleast a bottle of water should've been free. All the rooms are pretty close to each other as well which might feel a bit weird.
The hotel is good overall if you're staying for a short time , it has a restaurant right next to it as well. The location is pretty convenient as you can just walk to some of the nearby attractions.
