It is far from the centre - like 25min with the train. They only have 1 restaurant and it was closed 3 Of the 5 days I was there. A bit expensive for so far out of the way with no 24hour or at least 12 Hours a day restaurant service. I arrived after midnight, no one offered to assist with my luggage and I wanted to pay in a different manner than the one chosen on booking.com and reception said it wasnt possible booking.com will take the funds the way I booked. But booking.com booking says “pay at the property”. Wanted to do laundry on day 4 of 5- they took my clothes and holding deposit and then the afternoon said sorry no laundry done today.

The windows of the hotel can’t be opened so there is a very claustrophobic feeling to the air in the room. 20 euro extra for parking to a room which is already 200 per night is a bit much in my opinion.

Far from the city centre - about 25min travel with the metro and no shopping around the hotel possible and only a few restaurants - but barely open in the day. The Hotel itself also doesnt have a restaurant open everyday or the whole day

Forgot a few things when servicing our room each day for example tea bags and bottled water but was not an issue when we rang for more tea. The location is not That close to the centre of Paris but train station is close by. Ubers take ages as the traffic is pretty busy always.

The hallway carpet needed to be cleaned more thoroughly in places.

A very smart-looking hotel. Room 329 was very clean and spacious. The bed was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was very good - the breads were fantastic! I would have liked more choices of canned fruit. Metro station for direct subway to downtown Paris is a two minute walk from Hotel. Several excellent restaurants are located just steps away from the hotel.

We stayed one night and there was a knock on the door at 5 o'clock in the morning, and a staff suddenly barged in at 8 o'clock! What happened?! Bad service!

We did not get breakfast with this room. We arrived on a Friday and there wasn't really anything happening at the hotel. We went to a place nearby that was outdoors to have something to eat and also had some drinks with friends.

Shower: unstable temperature goes from the right temperature to scalding and cold Smell: probably the AC? Smelled funky entering the room, might be that the bathroom is a little humid or someone forgot a u bend somewhere (in the end not to penetrant to be bothersome) Baby cot was in the same time to low to the ground and to high (guard are at waist level, which means bending all the way to the floor). Night check-in: wasn't able to find said baby cot. Lack of general ins and outs of the hotel, I had to ask. As for booking: again problems with what we asked and seemingly bad communication between hotel and booking For instance why is there a need to block a certain amount on a credit card if we have given already out credit card details to booking (mark you, genius level 3 customer. So the reason of not payment / no show is not really convincing). As well as not communicated baby cot (However same day booking, may be should have called up front myself...)

Comfortable bed Spacious room Parking below hotel private and secure Older hotel, not renovated, but seemingly well maintained. Price (through booking - seems half off of regular) seems reasonable. (600-ish 2 rooms 2 nights - weekend)
