There was no dinner service at the hotel due to Corona.

Room key card - Repeatedly stopped working, twice sometimes three times a day. In the end I went to reception every time I returned and asked them to reset my card. Gym facilities - 2/3 running machines were broken, no sign informing customers of this. The one that worked was not fit for purpose. General cleanliness - The carpets throughout the hotel and in my room were grimy with stains. It appears they do not clean wash they're carpets like other hotels. Breakfast - No gluten free alternatives, no labelling for the buffet. One staff got me some gluten free bread, then I found out they removed the toasters and I could not toast it. I have never stayed in a hotel that does not offer a bread toasting option for breakfast. WiFi - dropped constantly, requiring me to sign in repeatedly. In the end I gave up and used my data.

The staff really tried to accommodate and support me with my issues.

For 200 euro per night you would expect Wifi to work and a workable shower (it was either too hot or too cold, nothing in between)

- it's not allowed to "sit" in the restaurant-area to have a meeting, during their closing time (before 6pm) - eventhough ther would be a lot of space / no other options so sit in the lobby either

Bar staff member was very grumpy and inconsiderate when dragging furniture around during breakfast set-up, as my colleague and I were trying to have a quiet drink/nightcap. Main hotel revolving door was broken, two lifts closed due to "maintenance" and an empty room minibar. Also too little coffee creamer and no teabags in the room.

Classically styled hotel and rooms, friendly reception staff and very comfy beds. The in-room A/C controls also very welcome. Good location for this part of Paris, easy to get to from the Metro stop.

Rooms are very old and very less light in rooms, toilet old as well , staff not helpful and language barrier. Parking £20, city tax £26 , all together £200 plus for a old room , not worth. Breakfast was like staying in a 2 star hotel.

Arrived Sunday. Electrics hanging out of the wall so had to move rooms. No food or drink available on Sunday and the rest of the week only breakfast. No bar and no restaurant open. Could not even get room service for dinner they only offer breakfast. Reception were quite frankly rude and did not care.

It does not make sense to arrive at the breakfast room, at 7h45, and 80 per cent of the tables are free but dirty. I had to wait five minutes in an almost empty room to get a clean table. Also, very poor breakfast without any fresh options: bread, pastries or fruit. The majority of the options are processed and not very healthy. Not very friendly staff.

The room was big and it was clean.

The first thing that I noticed was that the bathroom door handle was broken. Luckily, it was a quick fix, so I didn't bother to report it to hotel staff. Next, the air conditioner was not blowing any cool or cold air. Reported this to the reception, but he wasn't very helpful and insisted that it's only normal. I could not sleep throughout the entire night. Such an awful experience. Lastly, there was no drinking water included in the room.

The location was great. Near to bars and restaurants. Fairly close to tourist attractions. Clean room with access to fridge.

Hotel is dated, dirty and the room spelt bad and unable to open the window for some fresh air. No dinner facilities or even room service. An inconvenience when your on a work trip.

We arrived there on the evening of Aug 3. We found out from a note in the elevator that there would be no water in the hotel daily between 10 and 3:30pm between july 31 and aug 4. We were never advised of this major inconvenience neither by booking nor by the hotel. We would have never stayed there had we known. Even at a discounted price. Of course they didn’t even offer…and we paid a full fare. The hotel is ‘aged’ in the best of time and we were ok with that. But we believe it is plainly dishonest to not have advised us of the water situation from july 31 onwards. So in summry a run fown hotel and dishonest to boot!

There is always room for improvement!

I like the breakfast variety. The location is accessible to public transport . I like the reasonable size of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaners were very good.

The beds were hard, and there was no water in the mini fridge when we arrived. (We were promised complimentary bottles) We had to call twice before they brought it up. Also, they charge you for additional water. Thankfully, we only needed somewhere to stay for one night before heading to our permanent stay for the duration of our trip. Also, nowhere to really get a late night snack or food in the hotel but a vending machine that doesn't have much variety, and it's in an inconvenient spot and it only takes euros or a debit/credit card. So basically, if you get there late in the day or evening, eat before you get there or stop for food because you'll be hungry/thristy until breakfast the next morning.

The room size was nice. And the bathroom was nice. Staff was ok. Didn't go out of the way to make us feel super welcomed.

The shower was a terrible experience. The water gets super warm (burning your skin) and cold in 2 seconds. The freezer was not working.
