Quiet property, close to amenities and train station. Coffee/tea and water available to take to the rooms. The room we booked was supposed to have a garden view but there was building work and a pool being installed but we weren't made aware of this before our stay.

Liked everything except the smell of bacon wafting up to the room (4th floor) just before 7 in the morning.

The hotel is in a superb location - close to Nice Ville station, near the main shopping area and good restaurants, ,less than 10 minute walk from the tram stop from airport and just under 15 minute walk to the beach! What I would call a funky, boutique style hotel, quiet and 'cosy'. Nicely appointed rooms and very comfortable beds. Varied and well presented breakfast. Angel and Dragan, the Reception team, were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Great value! Good sized room with interesting decor/design. Very good location. Close to train station, shopping, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was superb and lasted longer than usual. Will definitely come back.

The room wasn't the cleanest

I like the location. Very close to the train station (2-3 minutes), restaurants (8 minutes), and beach (12 minutes). The breakfast was very nice and a lot to choose from. The lady that was running the breakfasts was lovely. The reception staff was very helpful and nice. In the lobby is the coffee machine and entrance to the terrace.

Hot food and hot drinks are very bad on temperature. Always nearly cold and when you ask to heat it up in a microwave, it's not an option. So very disappointed with this . Also no double beds, two singles bed are put together, which kept moving apart, and I was a solo traveller who likes a double bed.

Location excellent. Complimentary tea, coffee, water. A cosy area of reception to relax and have a drink from a small bar area. Lovely garden area in a courtyard

Breakfast was a little disappointing in that the coffee and hot chocolate machines kept breaking down . 7 - 10 30 is however a generous timeframe .

Close to the station and on a road down to the sea which is safe and well lit - avoid back streets . High ceilings and very helpful staff , especially Jean - Claude and Angel .

Reserve a back room if you are a light sleeper.

The location is perfect as it’s near the train station and a short walk to the Promenade. We were there over the Christmas period and the staff left some chocolates and a Christmas card in our room. We also got a little gift on arrival. The breakfast was really generous with all that you could want. The nicest touch was free coffee and chilled water through out the day as well as some sweet treats in the evening.

Standard room was very small, there is a huge bed in the room ( I think 180 cm large) but around the bed there is not so much room, luckily I was alone in the room, so for me was ok. But for a couple this room will be too small, you have to book a superior room to have more space for 2 in your room.

I liked that the hotel was quiet, I did not heard much noise from other rooms. Therefore my sleeping quality was good and also bed was very comfy. I liked I had lots of pillows and they were very good. Breakfast was good, reception staff was kind.

Elevator was not accessible from the ground floor had to go up 5 very large steps.

Older renovation - room not set up for digital traveler. Unuseable small desk - no plugs and with refrigerator underneath; other plugs poorly located. Bathroom tub-shower with high stepover.

Nice hotel in historic building. A block from train station. Very courteous, cordial staff. Very good breakfast with eggs, cold cuts, 24-hour coffee machine. Very good public areas.

Toilet in room was very small, however did not affect my stay.

Clean, comfortable double room with balcony. Breakfast is continental buffet, good variety. Tea, coffee, iced water available all day for free with complimentary sweets and biscuits which could be enjoyed on the terrace at the front of the hotel. 2 mins walk to the train station Nice - Ville which is literally across the road and provides easy access along the French Riviera. 10 mins walk to seafront promenade.The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
