We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here for one night while passing through, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is easily accessible and offers free, secured outdoor parking, which is a great plus. Upon arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The room was comfortable, with a good shower and high-quality Nuxe products, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was well taken care of, with a variety of options to choose from. The entire staff was kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

No English breakfast tea bags! No milk sachets for coffee for us Brits. Don’t like espresso! Breakfast a little pricey if you don’t tend to eat much.

The restaurant food should be served on HOT plates please. There is a side door next to the restaurant that kept sliding open and blowing an icy draft around the restaurant.
So friendly and professional. Front desk staff were helprul and accurate with recommendations. Very comfortable bed and good in-room facilities. The bar staff were beyond expectations - even knowing how to prepare a traditional Absinthe!

The restaurant was good (dinner and breakfast), but not as good as the price should demand. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel and got over charged (about 10€ for 1K) so we walked the next day and found the sidewalks and street crossings less than great for rolling a suitcase (cannot blame the hotel for the taxi driver or pedestrian pathways).
Room was good, and comfortable; unusual layout which I cannot say I favor. Not too far from train station. Overall, a good value and I would stay again.

There were too many sounds at night to say it's sound proof, as advertised, but it was mostly ok. Semi-sound proof, maybe? I don't recommend the room service if you have allergies. despite assurances I got food I'm allergic to sent up... Oh, and the layout of the room is strange. No bathroom door. Toilet in a separate room with no sink. It's strange, but not bad. I would still recommend this hotel.
I love that the hotel is dog friendly, that's why I booked it. Very friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, great toiletries! I thought the kitchenette was a nice touch. Great balcony. Secure parking. This is a nice hotel!

Good breakfast. I actually accidentally dropped my wallet at reception and a very nice member of their team came upstairs to my room and gave it back to me. I really appreciated his honesty which reflects very positively on the hotel. I will go back there next year.

I booked it because it was close to Avignon TGV station. As it turned out I had to take a taxi to the station in the morning because it was not safe to walk (it was 6:30 a.m. and dark). It was 20 euros to go 5 minutes. The same thing happened when I arrived at the station. There is little to "do" around the hotel.
It felt safe, clean and the staff were excellent.

The room had a small issue: during bath, the water used to wet all the bathroom floor.

Room we were assigned faced a vehicle roundabout so there was some noise starting early morning. I believe the noise would not be heard had our room not facing the traffic.
