The room had an old smell to it and all the furniture was old, it was more like staying at my nans house,it was fine for 1 night

I loved the layout of the room and it had old French doors and u could go out onto the roof, it had a table and chairs out there, there was fresh white towles and shampoo and body wash to use

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable but with no air con on the hottest day of the year was unfortunate. Tiny bathroom and very basic but we were very thankful they could accommodate us at such short notice and staff were lovely and helpful.

Value for the price , great location about 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Train station near by and caffe’s as well. The lady at reception was really friendly when checking in and out. For a single room it was really reasonable.

No air conditioner, lack of electrical plugs. And it is noisy you can easily hear the other people in the other rooms.

Hair on a hangar in the closet. Shower enclosure insufficient, water went on bathroom floor. Lack of teabags and milk, however when I asked for more, no problem. Only one electrician outlet in the room

Staff were absolutely excellent. Parking, although expensive- €25 per day, was very secure. Room was comfortable.

The hotel is clean but a bit tired and worn. it has an ancient lift with manual doors. The room smelled a bit mouldy and damp until we opened all the windows.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, which can be seen from the street. it is also convenient for metro stations.

TV was only in frence, I wanted to watch TV at night but I couldn't due to language I don't know.

The floors weren’t clean. Crumbs were on them when we first arrived. We had to leave our key at the front desk when we left the hotel and on at least one occasion, when we returned, no one was at the desk (the worker had stepped out back to smoke). He arrived within a minute, but any random person could have entered durning that time and taken our key. The only other less than ideal thing was that there was only one worker at any given time, at the front desk.

The hotel was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable. The shower had hot water and the bathroom had been updated. There was often, but not always, complementary ice, water, coffee and tea in the downstairs sitting area.

The neighborhood was fine as well it just so happened we were traveling during the riots so there was a bit of uneasiness everywhere but that was outside of the hotel's control.

Room was fine for the price. The showers were a bit small and the carpets and curtains don't look too clean but the bed was clean and comfy enough to sleep on. Good for sleeping.

So many things didn’t work. No air conditioning in sweltering heat, Powerpoints that didn’t work and some staff that were disinterested at best.

It had a good location and the lady who manages the hotel was very friendly.
