Great location 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower bed was so comfortable very clean was very sceptical after we booked, after reading the negative reviews about this on you couldn’t fault it at all we came 13/01/2025 for 4 nights and everything was just in walking distance nearest bus stop is facing the hotel and the metro is like 5 minute walk away which was so handy especially getting to Disney.

Photos deceiving the room and bathroom has mould, walls painting peeling off, door wouldn't open at all must use a key not working the key. Couldn't sleep at night you can hear people laughing jumping on the bed from the next room no sound proof. No security no safety. The lady at the reception never smiles very unwelcoming when asked to help me open the door she ignores me. I was extremely disappointed its not worth to stay at th hotel run please find other hotels this is so rubbish its not worth the money and the location at all! The bathroom so small nothing works well its absolutely awful. Will never stay here again when you see this hotel run!!! Totally not worth it at all even if the location is good still no no no!

We stayed a family of four, so the room was a little bit small, no space to walk around or to put your luggage, and pull out bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was ok ,for the money of four it's very good.

The location of the hotel was excellent, so close to walking everywhere ,staff very helpful if you need some help they're happy to help you.The room clean and shower very nice .

The room was a shoe box and the bathroom was a joke. I'm a medium built guy and i could barely fit in the shower. My wife is tiny and she struggled. the toilet was just about falling off the floor and you couldn't sit on it because the basin was in the way. The carpet in the room looked like it had been dragged out of a junk yard and re installed. the bed was pretty average and the general tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. Now some of you may think "well how much time do you really spend in your room in Paris" and you'd be right - however then you would expect that at least the WIFI would be good to book tickets and restaurants.... oh no! the WIFI was all but non existent. Super disappointing place and would not recommend.

We booked a special weekend get away to Paris. The photo's of the property look really good but in real life it leave a lot to be desired. The place is a full blown Catfish. Location was the only thing that was worth the money

We did not have wifi in our room for the entire stay. Room was so old, carpets need to be replaced, poor lighting. Bathroom needs work, so old.Toilet seat needed replacing.No ventilation.

room cleanness is bad, no heating inside the room, so cold. And bad facilitits such as charging, it is very dark in the room inside. It's not a good deal to choose this hotel. To catch the metro you need to walk a long time. No wifi...

The hotel is outdated and needs freshened up , radiator in the room didn't work,the toilet hairdryer was jammed with toilet paper or the nozzle would fall off . Our view outside of the room was unpleasant with several homeless persons sleeping in the door of the adjacent building.

The location to the tower and attractions were great . We could get to everything we wanted to visit easily. The staff were friendly and pleasant and the bed in our room was comfortable .

The rooms were NOT clean. The bed sheets were dirty and stained and there was black hair everywhere (see pictures). The bathroom was dirty. There was a leak in the sealing covered with tape. The window lock was broken. The door knob was extremely hard to unlock and open. The elevator was tiny. The breakfast should have been a free breakfast for what it was. The bathrooms were dirty. The bathtub was not usable.

Room is nice, but i suggest to have a more electricity sockets or atleast extension. Location is very good. 10 mins. Walk to eiffel. Lift is old, we experienced stuck on that for about 3 mins. But staff makes our stay comfortable. They are very nice specially our fellow filipino who assist what can we do in paris for a day. 🙂

Breakfast was awful, they did not have much, the food was finished even though I got there around 9:12am. Coffee was cold and in flasks. Only the orange juice was nice

I booked a family room (couple + two children), we expected to get comfortable beds, instead we got a sofa bed for the couple which was not comfortable but the twin bed for the children was ok.

The breakfast was nicely presented and prepared by a charming lady. We enjoyed the breakfast. Access to restaurants and food is at 10 mins walking distance.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in "Hôtel France Eiffel"! Very comfortable and nice room. Big enough and close to the hotel car parking. Convenient storage room. Wonderful, polite, caring staff, also special thanks to the hotel employee Lutfi!!))) We recommend!!👍🏻

The rooms is too dirty , you are only paying for the glimpse of the Eiffel Tower .they don’t deserve No stars at all .

The room is too dirty . The carpet smells urine . The carpet looks like it’s not been change since they built the hotel . The bed looks dirty if you remove the beddings and underneath the beds . The spring of the beds is almost coming out . It’s very uncomfortable . U can’t even open your luggage coz there is no space at all . You can write your name in the walls coz the dust is soo thick . It’s the dirtiest hotel that I’ve seen . 3 stars rating ? I don’t think so , they don’t deserve any stars at all
