Rooms very dated. Almost looked like a room reserved for the seedy streets of Amsterdam Staff where rude, paid £140 for the room. Went for breakfast, wasn’t told it wasn’t included in the price. Went down at 9.40am. The woman in the kitchen was huffing and puffing, complaining that she closes at 10am whilst checking her watch moving things around me. The orange juice had ran out which I’d asked to sort, she didn’t even refill. I felt totally rushed and ended up having 2 x pan au chocolat and a couple of rolls of ham and then went back to room to get my things to check out. I was then charged €12 for this experience to basically be fobbed off by the woman on the desk regarding my concerns. Overall a poor experience and what was a lovely trip to Paris. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here there’s far better options

Complete false advertisement the hotel is nothing like the pictures every towel we were given had stains on them . No air con . No phone to contact receipton . Very dirty and small absolutely shocking hotel . And I would appreciate compensation for this

My heating wasn't working, I mentioned this to reception nobody came even the next day to fix this issue. The room was very tiny, beds not very comfy, carpets dirty(very used), walls very thin you can easily hear the other people, and list can go on.

I only liked the location of the Hotel and the Lady from Philippine at the breakfast room, she was very welcoming and nice

There is no elevator service to our assigned room.

The location is very near to the Eiffel Tower,ca. 10 min walk. The staff are very accommodating and friendly too.

The bed was broken, the bathroom was crumbling. The sink was cracked. The curtains was broken. The stair carpets were threadbare and torn

I was able to check in early with no problems. Room 8 was so quiet being in the centre of Paris, tiny room and bathroom, but for me by myself it was perfect. Clean with plenty of toiletries and towels, a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facility in the room and also in the lounge with biscuits which was a very nice touch.

A broken fixture in the bathroom meant the showerhead couldn't stay up. Room OK, but a bit tired; some peeling wallpaper in one place. This meant it seemed overpriced.

We loved everything.

The ensuite room was spacious and had wifi. Location was great as it was a ten minute walk to the Eiffel tower. The metro station was 5 minutes away. The lady at the front desk was most friendly and very helpful.

Location is perfect 5 min to eiffel tower. You can find whatever you need around the hotel. Metro is so close. Employees are very polite. By the way you can eat kruvasan and drink hot and cold drinks in the bar.

The room was tiny, You could not sit on the toilet, The room decor was dated and the bed was very old. The reception / check in was super rude The pain was pealing off the walls The room was nothing like the photos, the beds were old and uncomfortable, the toilet had been used and not cleaned. Very overpriced and I would suggest avoiding this hotel at all cost
