We had the most delightful stay! The property is stunning -- perfect location and a clean, cozy space. We were welcomed so warmly and provided with everything we needed (recommendations and directions for the area, a delicious French breakfast). We were celebrating a birthday, and they even went above and beyond to get a little treat with a candle to help us celebrate. I could go on. . . definitely a perfect place to stay for a quiet and picturesque getaway!

A fabulous stay at Le Conte. We were welcomed warmly by Nita and were given a tour of the chateau by Helen. The room and facilities were excellent in a beautiful chateau just outside Saint-Emilion and we would definitely return.

Saint Emilion is famous for its vineyards. The place is beautiful and peaceful. You can walk around anytime and truly enjoy your stay. It is a feast for your senses.

The address was not easy to find (not updated on the site). Needed to contact the host to clarify directions. Once we got there it was all worth it.

The services were so great that we will come back again just because of Nita. She made sure we have everything we needed and patiently answered all our questions, even before our arrival through the message. Everything was over our expectations. The room was modern and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. We booked the family room. The shower is big and the bathroom has ample space. The property is in the mid of the grape vineyard and short driving distance to the town center.

The house is nicely decorated throughout and has a dilly equipped kitchen that the guests can use. The lady is super nice and she prepares breakfast for the guests and also offers excellent suggestions for restaurants nearby. A very nice accommodation in the middle of the grapevines for kicking back and relax with some wines.

Everything was divine!

The peace and quiet. The views and Nita who was really informative about the area. The feel of being in our own home… The recommendation to visit the winery opposite - Pipeau. A great find!

We would have liked the option of small plates or snacks to have with the lovely bottle of wine we had on arrival while sitting on the roof terrace overlooking the vineyards.

We were greeted on arrival by Nita who was an amazing host and very attentive to all our requests. The house is beautiful and in an idyllic setting in the centre of vineyards. It is within walking distance to a lovely restaurant, L'Atelier de Candale which I would highly recommend, beautiful views, lovely food and wine and wonderful staff. Thank you Nita for a lovely stay at Château Le Conte we hope to return one day.

Special mention to our host, who was really nice. Beside her, it was great staying over in this building where they also make wine. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have airco. The common room and shared kitchen are spacious.

We loved that this is a chateau in a working vineyard. The staff were very friendly and gave us great suggestions for restaurants or we could cook at the chateau if we chose. Helen gave us a very informative wine tour with wine tasting. The decor was very modern, tasteful and beds were super comfortable. There w was a lovely balcony overlooking the vineyard. Air conditioning worked really well.

Our host was incredibly hospitable, we cannot Thank her enough for making us feel very comfortable there with our three month old baby. We enjoyed all our conversations over breakfast and throughout our time at the Château.
