Only one pillow each, and these were very uncomfortable. The food in the restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Staff were very friendly. Comfy beds, great location but needs another sign bedside the road and near entrance. Very good selection at breakfast.

Food and restaurant was good. Rooms standard budget room in need of a little attention. It was ok I would say if you need the airport it woukd be excellent. If I was in the area again I would try another hotel. Not sure where they got the room sized up either seemed very small to me

1- the hotel tried to scam me for 680 euros already payed. They didn't even try to apologies or male it up for me 2- the AC in my room was not working, when I complained they fixed it for a couple of hours than it did not work again. I am almost certain they stop it on purpose 3- I booked a room with terrace to be able to smoke freely, the terrace walla full of spiders and spider webs, I asked it to be cleaned, the receptionest told me it is summer.

Location not close to Avignon; car is needed to reach the hotel conveniently. Basic comfort.

The room, on the ground floor of the main hotel building, was very tired, with shabby decor, a cold tiled floor and cold bed made worse by the fact that the air conditioning/heating did not work. We visited a friend's room in one of the annexes, which was in much better condition than ours.

The location was ideal for the Parc des Expositions. Also the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, trying to make our air conditioning work and then finding a heater for our use instead.

The very bad conditions of the bathroom, paint on ceiling was crumbling, a lot of rust on the glass around the Bath, I have never seen such a runned down bathroom!! And this was expensive, a Best Western, and had several stars. I wonder how? I made photos and sent them,,, no reply

We woke up to ants over the beds and our belongings even though all windows and shutters were closed. Also the air conditioning did not work abd being 34° it was too hot in the room
