Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

QatarWell maintained property, near Eiffel Tower. Although small but rooms were clean and tidy, with a view of Eiffel from window, what else you need when in Paris😁 24*7 coffee and water dispenser was really helpful. Tried their breakfast buffet once, was fine but you can have similar set of food outside near cafes at much cheaper price. Overall I liked the property, better than many renowned 4* properties around Eiffel.

United KingdomWe couldn't find anything to fault about the hotel. I suppose if everything you wanted to do and see was on the other side of Paris its location wouldn't be ideal, and if you were on a very tight budget it might not suit either. But we would certainly recommend it.
We loved the location of this hotel. If you like long walks in cities (we do), it is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and everything in between. Also, because it was right beside La Motte Picquet-Grenelle metro station we could also get to other parts of Paris easily or get back quickly when tired of walking. The area is not very touristy and has a lot of small cafes and restaurants. On Sunday morning we were delighted to find an enormous food market under the rail track right outside the hotel which seemed to be used mainly by locals stocking up with their shopping trolleys and we spent a good couple of hours wandering through this and tasting samples. As a party of two related couples, we booked the Suite, which is two bedrooms on the third floor (there is a small lift), both with en-suite shower rooms, with a common private lobby area. This was too small to be called a sitting room really, even though there were a couple of seats there, although it did provide a bit of extra space and privacy. No view, but the rooms were very comfortable and we think quite large by Paris standards (we've stayed in much smaller ones). Not noticeably noisy either, even given the proximity to the road and the railway line. There was a Nespresso style coffee machine in both rooms and also a kettle. We put the aircon/heating on for a very short time to warm the room up when we got back in the evening and it was very effective (we were there in March and the evenings were quite chilly). The hotel reception area is warm and inviting and the staff are friendly and efficient. We left our bags when we arrived as we knew we couldn't get the rooms until 3pm, and they also kept them for us after checkout on the last day. We loved the free cake and biscuits available during the daytime and the breakfasts were perfect - great choice, good quality and not crowded.

United StatesI have nothing to complain about
This is a beautiful hotel located a 5-7 min walk to the local train station which was great for us reaching different locations throughout the city. The room was a nice size for two people with seating room and space for a few pieces of luggage. There is ample street parking near and a parking garage about 10min walk away. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast or the bar but we will try next time. Everything looked great and smelled delicious. Staff had no issues keeping our bags prior to check in. Staff also have suggestions and input on location around the area. We had a great stay!

United StatesThe elevator is super tiny. Breakfast is good but simple to how much they charge you. Location is good but a bit $ for what it offers.
It’s in a very well located area next to metro, some restaurants, supermarkets and shops. We ate everywhere around the area as we spent 12 days there. From sushi, boulangerie, pancakes, even Mc Donald’s! The room is super quiet which is a MUST for me. Clean and cozy, although much smaller if you are used to American style of accommodation like Hyatt or Marriott chains. Staff is kind and helpful. Love they have high quality cafe everywhere for free and water refills

United KingdomWe had a room for 3 and overall space was very tight, with very coordinated movements to get ourselves around the space. It was great to have access to the coffee machine downstairs however it wasn't a good coffee unfortunately.
This hotel provided a nice stay in a great location if you want to be walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The bed was really cozy. While the room was a tad smaller than expected, the overall experience was positive, and the quality of service and room decor more than compensated for the slight space constraint. I would happily recommend this hotel for a short, comfortable stay.

BrazilNothing to complain
Truly excellent location, in front of a subway station and walking distance to Tour Eiffel. Close to Rue du Commerce and La Motte Piquet Avenue, with several shopping and dining locations. Staff is ultra friendly. Hotel has been completely renovated and is brand new. Breakfast is very good and pleasant, as well as the ambiance. I've stayed there before and will surely stay again.

CroatiaWe had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Bleu de Grenelle! This boutique hotel is small but incredibly chic and has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was the unexpected upgrade to a larger room with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. This meant the world to us, as my daughter was celebrating her birthday in Paris, making the experience even more special! The location was absolutely perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance, and the neighborhood itself had a great atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!

United StatesA female check in front desk clerk provided us with inaccurate metro information, resulting in our return being thirty minutes from our destination at night.
The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which I truly appreciated. The hotel's location was convenient, with the metro station directly across the street and several eateries within easy walking distance, some of which were open late.

United KingdomMaybe the shower stream was not strong enough. It was ok, but not a perfect one.
There was an adapter and several usb sockets in the room which was very convenient. The TV was a modern one and easy to use and see something from youtube for example. Room was clean, the bad was huge and not the best one, but still comfy.

SlovakiaAmazing Stay with an Eiffel Tower View! We stayed at this hotel on March 8th, and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower right from our window – a dream come true! The room had everything we needed, including a coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

United States“View” of Eiffel Tower is only the top third, not a full view. Train issues on the day of departure, should’ve just taken a taxi to the airport.
Location is excellent for exploring the city, 3 metro lines are accessible across the street from the hotel. Lovely continental breakfast. 24 hr coffee/water in the lobby. Afternoon tea/pastries. Nespresso coffee machine and hot water kettle in the room.

CanadaNothing,
It was wonderful to arrive from Canada via London. We arrived late because of an incident on the EuroStar train. Someone (not us) needed Medical attention. On our arrival the young man at the front desk was excellent, very professional and hospitable. Even better was the news that he informed us we were upgraded. Our stay in 509-510 was beautiful. We had breakfast the first morning and the buffet and service was excellent. Only there was so much to discover and try in your wonderful city, we decided to go out for the rest of our meals. Our stay in Paris exceeded all of our expectations. We will return for sure. Thank you, truly.
