The bathroom with the toilet had a bad odor. They charge me $318 when I got there saying I owed that but I had paid in full when I booked and wasted 1/2 of my time the next morning to get my credit back to me and they kept questioning me who I was like I was going something wrong. We were supposed to have a twin bed in our room and they gave us a roll away bed that squeaked every time you moved very loud and no one could get any sleep I should get some money back for this. Not to mention they put us in the wrong room.

‘Minisicule’’…That’s how we could describe The Size of The Rooms! We had been there in 2019 & we know what the rooms were like. So, this time round, after the remodelling & takeover (name change) we found the room was super small, sadly.

Rooms: Very small rooms. View: No view from the room Metro access: It was impossible to go through the metro on 5 AM. There were no ticket machines at that metro station.

Location: Quite close to the Eiffel Tower. Staff: Very helpful. Comfort: Bad was very comfort for resting and sleeping. There were no noises from outside.

Very small elevator (1 bag or 1 person max), it was very cold in the restroom inside the room (no heating), overall temperature in the room is very low. Family rooms do not have Tower view, and this is not mentioned during booking process.

Charging extra for a room with an Eiffel Tower view when you have to step out onto the window ledge and look down the street to see it seems a bit cheeky. Also it’s a bit expensive for what you get, but then that isn’t a problem limited to just this property – all of central Paris seems horribly overpriced when it comes to accommodation

Well over priced. Tall narrow hotel in old building, so floor space limited. Lift inserted in the stair well. Just big enough for two people without luggage. Someone with claustrophobia could not use this lift. Room a bit small for this price. Breakfast room small. On two occasions got the last free table. Breakfast OK, but no toaster or cooked food on display, had to be ordered. Should have been better for this price.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wardrobe with shelves. Bathtub in the bathroom. Plumbing which worked well. General decoration, furniture etc. Location not the best, but Metro and bus stops very close.

The major disappointment was the AC. We found out the AC unit would completely shut off when it got to a certain temp in the room. We would wake up multiple times at night to the room being 28C (82F). We asked the staff about this and they made it so the AC would not turn off. But then, we found out the AC controller would reset from what we set it to 26C (79F) after about an hour. We asked the staff about this and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Plus, when we checked into the hotel, there were finger nail clippings on the floor and hair on the shower walls.

The location was fantastic; right by the metro and close to major attractions. Plus the staff was very helpful and always greeted us. The hotel room was exactly as expected.

The wash room handles is loose, the American plug was not working, no viewing like the pictures given in my room. The Price is most expensive one in my 3 hotels I stayed in Paris. I accepted the price ahead anyway, my fault:)

Location is pretty good, no windows can see the tower in my room. I stayed 3 hotels in center of Paris. This is the most expensive one and small one. The values is little bit low with what I paid for. The people is nice and easy going. thank you! Really enjoyed the stay!
