We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe arrived and walked out of the hotel each day to requests for cigarettes from vagrants who were 24/7 sidewalk dwellers. We didn’t have a proper cup for our coffee/tea set up in the room.
We were well located for being able to walk to many of Toulouse’ offerings. Our room and bathroom were both comfortable in size.

Lisa was outstanding (and her colleagues very good too) - Hotel management hang on to that lady she is a super star. We arrived with two bikes that the tour company were due to pick up - but didn't. Lisa was across it like a pro and really helped us - such a kind good person, and very professional. We want to thank her, and commend her.
