Room very small, pillows are high, very warm in the room and don’t have any air conditioners or fan to make fresher. The windows can be open, but it’s too noise and early sunrise wake you up early too. We order for a room clean around 9am when we left and we arrived back at 11pm and they didn’t make our bedroom and didn’t change the towels, we had to found a staff member to get fresh towels.

The room was dirty , the toilet was not very functional , the mattress was hard as wood , heating kept off before the arrival and we found the rook freezing cold ( heater wasn't the best and took a while to make the room hot) , no one was at the reception desk and we have to ask a random person how did it work , after 15 Min receptionist arrived with a sleeping face with no many communication skills , definitely not as good as they promote

The coffee with breakfast was horrible, some kind of instant stuff from a machine. Didn't expect that in France.

Nothing to get excited about in a Premier Classe but it's clean, comfortable and does the job for a quick stop over. Breakfast is limited in choice but cheap and can't complain.

When I arrived in the room I sat down on the bed, I moved the pillow and there were two large insects, I can only assume they were cockroaches beneath the pillow. I pulled back the bedding and there were more in the bed. I looked up and saw four more on the wall in the corner by the ceiling. I have a phobia of these things so I took my luggage and left. I tried to complain at reception but the night manager was less than helpful. It was late so I had no choice but to go and find somewhere else to stay. If this had happened in an hotel in the UK, they would be shut down and fumigators called in! I have approached the hotel for a refund. I would not recommend nor will I be back.

Nothing to like. I did not complete my stay as the first impression of the roaches in the room was enough to send me running for the door.

No hot water until 7.30am after arrival previous evening. No lift - we were on 3rd floor and this not mentioned on website. Hotel filled with asylum seekers/ displaced persons who congregated in reception and car park in the evening. Washing hanging from windows and over stairs wells.

There was nothing about this hotel to like. Would never stay there again.

No towels provided, no pillow cases on pillows, hard mattress, poor Internet connection & a staff member who really didn't care. Her reaction to our request for bath towels was sorry but we don't have any until tomorrow Monday. Not acceptable even if it's budget accommodation.

Very little, we travel a lot within France often use this hotel budget chain. This one was practically bad.

Shared showers on ground floor out of use! First floor showers seemed in constant use, hence I made 4 trips before I found one free! Toilet cubicles had not been refurbished & the fibre glass was old, cracked & dirty! The carpet outside the toilets on the ground floor was very worn & peeling up in parts! The hallways were very dirty & somebody had been sick on the first floor landing & whilst someone had made an attempt to clean it up, it was still obvious what it was!

Broken toilet seat dirty sink in the toilet showers not clean a coach cleaning out there crap in the car park do you call that a breakfast and my friend was so disgusted he slept outside on his motorcycle can't believe you are charging people to stay there also we had a night booked on the way home in reims at one of your places which we have now cancelled and staying somewhere else tramps have a better night's sleep on a park bench and it's free

Unfortunately Premier Classe seem to have taken budget cost saving to a new low level since the last time I stayed in one of their hotels. No pillow cases? No towels? Really? The rooms are also painfully small, only just enough to edge around the bed, which is OK, just about, for somewhere to sleep, and only sleep, but pretty much useless as a space to relax after a long day travelling. And not particularly cheap given the lack of facilities.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, clean, with a somewhat better than expected breakfast.
