The room was very humid, so it felt like the bed was wet. Also, there was a connecting door to the room next to ours, which meant we could hear absolutely everything from the room next door

Room was very small and gloomy. The pillow was basically 2mm thick once you laid your head upon it. The location was nasty - imagine an industrial estate. The sheets and bedding were clean but not cotton or very nice at all. This room is worth 60 euro max.

That you could book at the very last moment. Booked at 23.30 in a pinch. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very very rude waitress who made me and my wife feel that uncomfortable we left our food All because we could not speak fluent french She looked at us like we were from another world She slammed our plates on the table and waked away mummering and pulling a face My advice to her if you don’t like a job that means you deal with international customers who can’t speak French Find another job And stop being nasty to customers

there was no mattress in the cod and instead of telling and finding a solution they tried to cover up which made us feel like fools that wouldn’t realize… we got help and in the end we were able to have a some what comfortable bed, but it left a bad impression. furthermore the door was in bad shape and only with force it was possible to close which was extremely loud for all the guest around and also not helpful for the once trying to sleep in the room

Very Good breakfast! We loved new fizzy water machine in the hall!! Excelent beds and lovely pool. Sadly we couldn't swim because of the Mistral... but we visited the Pope's Palace instead!!

The property is just very small and there is no lift but if you are doing one night, you probably only have a small bag.

I was surprised there was no lift to the upper floors. I think the property is fine for a night if you are working but it's the least nice of all the ones I stay in down there, the room is very small (but adequate to be fair and very clean and the beds are comfortable and linen is great) and the common areas are very small too. That said, I had a pleasant supper and it served its purpose well to be in that location and for that price.

The staff were absolutely excellent. The accommodation was very good. It was on a frequent bus route (c3) to the centre. It was all excellent.

The hotel could do with a good update the hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast had not breakfast tea but lots of other specialty teas.

Was given a room that had not been made up or cleaned but the staff quickly changed us to a new room. Very helpful staff helped us carry the bags up as I had recently had an operation and could not carry the suitcase and there was no lifts.

1. Deep end of the pool starts too soon. Very little space for kids to swim. 2. Rooms are very small. No space to move around. 3. The room with double bed and single bed just had a cot, not a bed. 4. Requested two rooms close to each other. They were two floors apart. 5. No elevator. 6. Food expensive and not very good. 7. Waitress wrote our son's order wrong. Said twice that he wanted a hamburger, not chicken nuggets and she brought chicken nuggets.

The air conditioner was not cooling at all. We were literally sweating sitting in our rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying during summar months. It was a horrible experience. The rooms are so small that if you put a third bed, you cant even open your suitcases. Not recommended for staying more than 2 people. The house cleaning service was unpredictable. 2nd day, one pillow suddenly vanished. 3rd day the blanket was there, but the cover was gone suddenly. Overall a very disappointing stay.
