The twin room is very small for 2 people. This is to be expected in France.

The shower doors having holes instead of handles requires getting used to angling the shower head in a certain direction in order to not flood the floor when using. Homeless people outside isn't a great look but I never felt threatened and they kept to themselves.

Great location close to the station and excellent market across the road. Nice addition of a bar area by reception to relax/meet others. Wifi was strong and TV worked perfectly. Loads of hot and cold options for breakfast

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The room was plenty big enough for two people and the bathroom fine for a short stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It is well located to walk to main attractions or take a tram. There is a huge shopping centre very close, with many shops and restaurants. It is walkable from the train station.

The shower was difficult to manage and there was no jug to make a cup of tea or coffee unfortunately. 

I chose it because of the location close to the station.

bath was not great, shower door seal was broken, only one bath towel per guest, no hand towels, shower grout was discolored, one elevator went out during our stay and two of our party had the power out for a period of time

The building really needs to be refurbished: main hall, corridors, bedroom, bathroom, TV, etc. Didn't enjoy staying there even though the hotel was clean and comfortable overall.

Disposal cups and no separate sections of bin for things to be recycled. Some mould stains on the bathroom grout but appreciate these are hard to remove.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from station Lyon Part Dieu with several restaurants and cafes around the corner, also an ATM. Over the road was a great indoor food market which was a nice surprise. The price was fair. Room was pretty small and basic and the bathroom was tiny but what we expected for the price and sufficient for what we needed. Nice downstairs area if you want to sit in the lounge. We were on a high floor and the view was pretty interesting at night.

Our room did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but unsure if it was just coming through the vents. Not enough to make us request a room change or stain our clothes with the smell.

Room was as advertised with enough space for 2 suitcases. The air conditioner worked well. Bathroom was a good size for a budget hotel. Location was good in terms of it being opposite a market with plenty of food options and a laundromat 2 shops down. On public transport, the city centre is not very far at all.

Rooms were very compact but had everything you needed. Homeless people have taken residence right outside. They were very well equipped with mattresses and pillows.

The shower doors have holes in them and leaked badly, so a mop up was needed after every shower :-( Slightly awkward entering room as it was small with things kind of blocking entrance.

Very close to train station (part-dieu) which was important for us. Pretty good value compared to some others, given the central location. Great to have free table football and pool table - this made a stay with children so much more enjoyable. Hate it when places try to make you pay for that stuff when you've already paid to be there! Staff were very nice and helpful. Very quiet in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper and didn't need my earplugs for once. Hairdryer and soap provided.

Dislike reasons: Parking fee was high for guests and was small underground space. Far away from old Lyon and other activities Felt unsafe area at night, observed not many walked people and homeless encamped at the side of the hotel entrance

The hotel was across of Halles of Paul Boccus(Halles was over marketing promotion with pricey foods and unfriendly servers and merchants). The room was clean and little small, bed was comfortable.
