The beds seemed smaller than a single bed. Mattress topper was on top. Thought that we would have a coffee machine in the room but it was downstairs which once I was showered and changed I didn’t really fancy going downstairs to get a hot drink or vice versa in the morning

There was no Kettle in the room.

We were allocated a room on the 1st floor as we were early for our check in, this was for for us and the room was what we expected, there was very little external noise being on the 1st floor but this was fine. We did not book the breakfast option but we were allowed free coffee and offered to part take in breakfast for a small charge if we wished.

The room was very small and there were no glass cups only paper ones.

It was clean and quiet. The bed linen was very good. It was also in a good location for the train station and walking downtown.

I asked for a quiet room and though I didn't hear traffic or other guests, my room (212) was next to the elevator; and this you hear! There were not many sockets in the room, nor in the bathroom and the only socket near the bureau was an American style socket, what makes uploading my laptop rather complicated.

The hotel is located close to the railway station, but rather far from the old centre of Nice. Breakfast was simple but OK; there was however no English Breakfast tea. Staff was helpfull. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The USB charging ports on the bed didn't work, just a mild inconvenience and didn't impact us too much. Nowhere to keep your own shower products (shampoo, conditioner, body and/or face wash) in the shower but it was manageable.

The location was fantastic for us, the shower pressure was great, and the bed was firm but comfortable. A bonus was how much storage there was given it's a small room. Overall a lovely stay!

The location is superb, just a y minutes walk from one of the Nice stations and also close to the airport and city tram lines. And the air conditioning was a god sent in the August heat

Bathroom equally good except that the shower door never closed properly so that the towel lying outside the shower cubicle was always soaked/trenched. Apart from this minor detail, everything was fine.

Great location, Only 10 minutes walk from Jean Médecin tram stop and Nice Ville train station. Staff were friendly. Twin room is big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean.

It it in the quiet residential area and very close to the Main Street and the train station. 10 minutes walk to the ocean and less than 5 minutes to the train station. The hotel is very basic from IBIS but clean bathroom.

The single beds were small for a larger person and made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

A nice small hotel in the centre of a beautiful city with access to the main train station in under 5 minutes and restaurants close by.
