Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNo big issues!
Couldn’t fault this hotel. Booked several rooms, staying with friends. It seemed a bit pricey, but so did our other options in Paris, and this one was by far the best central location. Stylish renovated lobby and lounge. The rooms were a bit more old and tired but perfectly clean.

United KingdomThe room we got was very comfortable (with A/c, good toilet etc.), but it did feel small. The bed took up most of it and there was little space left to keep our bags or just move around.
The location is excellent, and the facilities at the hotel are also very very good. The staff were very friendly.

United KingdomThough it had pretty much what we needed the room we were in was really quite small. The pillows were too soft and there was only 1 additional firmer pillow (given 2 people were staying in the room I would have expected 2 additional pillows). There was also a slope into the bathroom which if it got wet was quite slippy. We could have done with USB charging sockets too.
The location was great, with some really nice cafes and restaurants just around the corner. You could also have breakfast in the hotel which looked nice (though we didn't have it). There was always staff on reception so there was always someone to ask questions of. We were on the 6th floor so even though it was in a busy area it was still quiet. The bed was very comfortable so we got a good night sleep. The hotel contacted us before we arrived regarding checking in times, luggage storage and whether we wanted twin beds in any of our rooms which I found really considerate.

ArmeniaLocation is good, but I didn't like neighborhood was not so clean. About hotel itself can't say anything.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was welcoming and helpful. There was a metro station 1-2 minute walk away. Couple of cafe/restaurants and shops are nearby. Room was calm and clean. We took breakfast but I can't say it was rich (that's personal choice). If you stay on 7th floor then you have to walk by stairs 1 floor (from 6th).

United KingdomA double bed rather than king sized but that was due to the funny shape of the room. Whilst outdoor sounds were kept out, you could hear everyone stomping and shouting in the corridors at night. Very loud air conditioning.
In an old building full of character, with winding corridors and odd shaped rooms. Double glazing on windows keeps outside sounds out. Great shower. Excellent, central location.

The hotel is well located in Faubourg-Montmartre around several restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, galleries. The hotel lobby looked very nice and the staff was very friendly. We really appreciated their attention to our request for a late check-out on Sunday.

United KingdomThe wardrobe was strangely designed and didn't make good use of the available space, so was not the easiest to fully utilise. There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room, which would've been useful to have in order to avoid housekeeping either disturbing in the morning or unnecessarily changing towels during the stay. No safe in the room but perhaps this service would've been available at reception, if it had been queried.
Friendly welcome to this comfortable hotel in a great location/neighbourhood. Fortunate with room size as it was on a corner at the end, which meant more floor space and light. The layout of the downstairs communal area and corridors led to it having more character and not feeling like the usual corporate block. No noise audible from other rooms but some from the street, due to keeping the windows open instead of using the air conditioning unit. Bathroom was adequate in size with a hot shower and refillable soap/shampoo bottles, plus a hairdryer. Working WiFi in the room. There was also a working lift. Breakfast had a fair selection of hot (scrambled egg, DIY boiled eggs, bacon) and cold (including ham, chicken, cheeses, rocket, jams/Nutella, bread, toast, pain au chocolat, mini croissants, Madeleines, cereals, fruit) food, plus apple/orange juice and a hot drinks machine (available at all hours, as was a cold water tap to refill one's own bottle). The dining area appeared welcoming with various pictures on the wall and cosy touches.

United StatesDue to the limited space I would have rather had a luggage rack than a desk in the room. I didn't use the desk at all, and I eneded up having to put my suitcase on the floor so there was practically no room to move around.
The front desk staff was very responsive and helpful. The hotel was in the perfect location for my work obligations, but also close to a metro station and close enough to Montmartre and Les Galaries Lafayettes to walk. The breakfast buffet was nice but limited if you went too early.
