We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI didn’t like having to pay for luggage storage after check out. I didn’t like the rooms were so small and dates and a lot of old equipment such as the mold on the showers, old hair dryer, old stained towels. I didn’t like that the best was damp/wet and wasn’t changed.

United KingdomThe location is excellent. Super close to the metro and short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of places nearby to eat and two bakeries virtually next door which was perfect for breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfy and quiet. The bathroom was quite small but totally functional, perfect for a base for a few days exploring this lovely city.

BelgiumWe were flabbergasted that we needed to pay 60 euros for parking because we thought that it was included in the price so it would have been nice if it was written down somewhere. Our room specifically was very hot and I couldn’t sleep comfortably because of that and we tried multiple times to try the heather off but it never worked. Also like all the other reviews already wrote down the bathroom was very small but we expected that already. But if u r a petit person like my girlfriend that wouldn’t be a problem but if u are at the higher end it gets a lil complicated to get in it. The cromcast didn’t work at all we tried multiple times over our whole stay and it wouldn’t work because it needed to be on the WiFi of the hotel but the WiFi would connect. And afterward when we wanted to check out we had a lady and she was so impolite to us because we wanted to have the ticket to get out and she didn’t even said good bye and look and us like we were bothering her and I asked then if we could have our exit ticket for the parking and she gave us a look and asked if we already payed and we said yes and she was ‘ow okay’zBut the other staff members were polite.
It was really close by for everything like only 20min with the metro to the Notre Dame. The food was very good and a lot of options so that was great. It was a very beautiful hotel over all

CanadaThe room is super small, is even smaller than what I expected. I booked two rooms, the heating system in one of the room did not work. The staff were very friendly, they brought a heater to the room, however, the heater was broken. So in the four nights of stay, the first three nights were relatively cold in the room. In the last night, the staff brought another new heater which finally worked. The facilities were even poorer in the room. There were nothing in the room, such as boiler. The room was super small which I don't really think it's for two people. The room should just be for one person.
The location of the hotel is really, near to two metro lines which is very convenient. There are grocery stores, café and boulangerie nearby.

United KingdomWe had a double room however the bed was two single mattresses put together which made it in comfortable to sleep. The room was too hot despite us turning the heating off. We had to sleep with window open. QR for chrome cast on TV didn’t work. This wasn’t a big issue but if you are doing a longer stay it might get boring watching BBC news or any other world news channel everyday/night.
The location was great. Right next to a metro station. The Eiffel Tower was a 20 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by which were lovely. Big TV in the room and comfy pillows.
