Bed bugs!!!!! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and have come away absolutely covered in bed bug bites. I'm lying in my own bed now trying my hardest not to scratch away at my body...

Size of bathroom very small but fictional.

Excellent location - close to metro and lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. comfortable clean rooms - perfect base hotel for sleeping and exploring Paris.

Air conditioner was broken and they had some one fix it but still didn’t cool the room down at all! Told us they had a functioning clothes washer and dryer but the dryer didn’t work and only told us after had already wet and washed our clothes, some guy tried to fix it but didn’t so they told us to take our wet clothes to an external laundry and that we’d have to pay but wouldn’t compensate us for having to!

Room was cleaned every day!

toilet and room size i was promised eifeel tower view and i was given backyard view

The room is tiny and bed planed, air condition working bed, no value for money, I supposed to sleep there 3 days, left in the first and canceled the stay

No air condition and air sirculation in room and bathroom. If you visit Paris during summer time, you'll be melting in the room. Also room is quite tight, you can't move freely with your spouse. Hairdryer not good enough, don't forget to get yours. No iron in the room and also ironing and private laundry services quite expensive. Make sure to have you travel iron before travelling to hotel.

Breakfast and Location of Hotel absolutely perfect, can't complain about them.

The aircon is not capable of cooling down the rooms. The rooms are all very warm even though they claim it's air-conditioned. We had two rooms with the same issue, we let the reception know and they said the system is working fine. We were given fans, but it didn't help much. Next time, I would try a different hotel, maybe a bit further away, to get better service. I think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers

Ac wasn't working. The staff had no solution but provided a tiny fan, which didn't help. My privacy was evaded, as I had dont disturbed signs and twice the room door was opened by the cleaning staff without my permission, once while i was inside the room. The staff didnt find it concerning and didnt help me or have any explanation.

Very dated building, the tiniest room I ever stay in. The bathroom was to tiny you couldn’t dry yourself after a shower. To expensive 200 euros per night for that kind of facility that offers you nothing but location.

The location was amazing, close to the metro station, los of restaurants and bakeries. Walking distance to most iconic sites

The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathrooms were impossible to shower in due to the space being so tiny. I ended up sleeping on the floor with the windows open :(

Room and in particular the bathroom was too small. Bed & pillows were not comfortable. There was also no provision of tea & coffee and mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast was average.

The booked, accessible room had not been allocated as promised. Had to struggle in an unadapted room for one night. Thankfully, an appropriate room was available on the second day.

Highly disspointed i received a confirmation that i could have early check in and email was send back saying my request has been approved. upon arrival noone could accomdate the ealy checki in i sat until 1pm with out being offered beverages or even to take care of my luggage , no waters offered in the room.

I expected the room to be bigger, and one thing that I really did not liked was that the door for the restroom was cut on the bottom - lack of privacy wherever is mostly needed.

The bathroom is so small. Literally the size of an airplane toilet. This makes the stay so very uncomfortable. The parking is very expensive, €30/night.

Excellent location and comfortable bed. Secure on-site parking in central Paris is brilliant.
