Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We was at room number 160, room is good but we did not like bathroom because it’s very small, and is not really happy with view from the window,
Hotel is really nice and great location, it’s very easy to get metro and trains, breakfast also really nice…

The only problem were noisy neighbors a floor above. At the evening they were constantly making loud noise, similar to one which occurs after throwing a heavy thing on the floor. This was happening even at 12am. I tried to call the reception, but nobody answered 😕

It would have been helpful to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and parking was expensive for 24hrs (~30 euros).
Ideal for short stays. Has everything you need and the beds were comfy. Eiffel tower is only 20 minute walk away with close by bakeries and cafes.

The rooms are very small, but we were outside most of the time. It was not so easy to communicate in English.
The hotel is very near to Eiffel Tower and near to metro station. We could find mini market for some extra food and bistros for breakfast/lunch/dinner close to the hotel. This was great!!

Washrooms can contain more towers for different needs. You only get bath towel and floor mat. Would be nice to have something for hands and face.
Location is great. Close to train station and meets our needs. It's 3 stops from Eiffel Tower and train is easy to find. Breakfast was good as well. Quick and easy.

We where not able to do laundry because it was weekend, and the bathroom is really small, but it works fine
Good location, and the woman who checked us in was really good, 15 min walk to Eiffel tower I would recommend this place

Ventilating system is very insufficient in the entire hotel, even in the hallways. There were 4 elevators but 2 of them were broken, so we had to wait for so long to catch an available one. And because the hotel is big, it was so annoying because that many people were using the same two elevators. The bathroom in the room was extremely small. You need to put extra effort to not to touch anywhere while going to the toilet.
The room was really clean. The breakfast was ok. The location was nice, it was very close to Cambrone metro station.

Delay in returning back the laundry as I requested fast service to receive it 14.30 and then they returned it back to me at 17.00 after making a complaint at the reception. There was some dust on the hanger

Very small rooms. Basic. No minibars The bathroom and toilet is in a tiny 2 meters area. No sound insulation for rooms over the crowded street below
Breakfast is basic but ok. Time of the breakfast is good Close to cambrone metro station so that was convenient for transportation

The air conditioner was running non stop and couldn't be stopped even when we asked the reception, it was turned lower so it wasn't very cold in the room.
The staff was really kind, the hotel view of the Eiffel Tower was the best we could think of. Delicious breakfast, they had lemon water in the lobby for everyone which was nice. Small bathroom but we didn't mind.

elevators were very slow. We were always waiting for the elevator. Room was very small.
Underground carpark is part of the hotel (but cost extra) Friendly staff Location is excellent, 500m from the Eiffel tower, 100m from metro station, 50 meter to several nice corner cafes / brasseries.
