Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were a little short with us - perhaps used to dealing more with business clients than tourists.
Great breakfast, comfortable rooms and furnishings, good a/c and wifi (once we got a little help from the front desk), nice little rooftop pool. Free parking!

We stayed here with my family, two kids, and all of us loved it. The breakfast every morning was wonderful (croissants, eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, yogurt, soooo delicious!), our kids loved the pool, and the beds were super comfortable, very clean hotel, loved the downstairs lobby, bar, hotel staff, free parking. All of it was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast was somewhat marred because they had forgotten to turn on the egg cooker, which did not heat up in time for us to have the soft boiled egg we'd been hoping for. The desk in the room was the smallest we've seen--very uncomfortable for one person, let alone two.
The overall ambiance of this hotel was young and hip and a lot of fun. The staff were enthusiastic and competent (if occasionally a bit disorganized) and friendly. The room had a modern, somewhat hip, slightly austere aesthetic, which we liked. The FREE parking was directly under the hotel and connected with a convenient elevator. Mostly, the breakfast was very good (with one small exception, see below). It was about a ten to twelve minute walk to the old citadel. The view from our balcony was great. The rooftop pool area was a real amenity.

Breakfast was fine but missed a few basic items like something fresh to go with the eggs and bacon, even cucumber slices would have been good.
The staff were really friendly. Loved the pool. Rooms were really big and beds were excellent. Location was good, about 15 min walk to the beach.

Excellent staff and very helpful. We had an issue with the third bed which was very small and they moved us instantly to a bigger room with 2 extra beds and sea view without extra cost!!! Clean and spacious rooms. Totally recommend!

Hotel is on a busy street and therefore can’t enjoy the balcony due to traffic noise.
Super clean hotel with awesome staff! everyone is so nice and so accommodating!!! Room was big for European standard and the roof top terrace is super nice

Hotel was good, but they asked my the credit card for the deposit and after some days I checked my banco account and I realized that that withdrew twice my fee for the night at the hotel. I’m trying to contact them

When we checked out, the invoice was not presented before payment. Only after we paid the price and we requested, the invoice was issued. The total price was a little bit more than we expected. This may be due to our misunderstanding, but we missed the chance to clarify it. We should have been more careful in checking the price and payment. If the invoice had been presented before payment as other hotels do, however, we could have clarified it and left the hotel only with good impression.
During this trip, we stayed two times at this hotel. On Christmas day, the receptionist kindly upgraded the room and offered deserts without charge when we order meals at the bar, which was very pleasing.

There are no cups, drinking water, refrigerator in the room，I only saw two cups of mouthwash in the bathroom， I checked in in the afternoon and then went out. When I came back at night, I wanted to ask the front desk for a kettle. The front desk said it was at the house keep. They were off work, so I had to wait until the next morning to get the kettle.

Terrible noise of traffic of the very busy road next to the hotel. Impossible to leave the window open. Scary open and high balcony.

the room had all the charm of a spare youth hostel or prison cell. The underground parking is a plus but the design means that you can’t see the concrete corners around the exits to lifts and you can scrape the car on the turns. Helpful and pleasant staff
