Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Breakfast, although good, had few protein options, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.
The location and ease of access to public transport to go to the center of Paris. We really liked the kindness of the staff. The water and coffee machine available at reception was amazing!

Walking distance from Parc des Princes stadium which was what we were looking for. Breakfast spread was great.

Rooms were far too hot, AC didn't work, could open a window but it was very noisy. No safety deposit box in room and ones at reception didn't work. Room smelt of smoke on arrival, bathroom smelt the whole time. No wardrobe so space in a triple room is severely limited.
Location, fresh orange juice, breakfast, staff, cold water filter at reception.

The room was small and there wasn't a wardrobe. However as I stayed in a single room there was enough room for me and it perfectly covered my meeds.
I loved the breakfast and the 24/7 available coffee machine at the lobby. The staff was nice and pleasant.

I don’t have any comment here
The hotel is amazing if you are looking for something that is not that pricy. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the breakfast was very good! Fresh pastries and food. The room was ok (French rooms are always a bit smaller) but you can absolutely manage! I definitely recommend this hotel also because it was very clear and very close to the metro-2 min walk.

Room is small and no closet. You can use hangers on loops attached to the wall. No shelf space except at head of the bed.

Very good value for the price. Breakfast was ok but can be better. Rooms are clean and have all the necessary except a wardrobe. Location is good (few minutes from the metro 9 and 10 mins by car from trocadero). Overall, enjoyed very much the stay for the weekend.

The breakfast was too crowded, it was really difficult to find a table, to get plates and cups (they couldn't manage to clean and bring new ones fast enough), to get food (although they replenished quite a lot) and in general to move around the breakfast area.
The location is great, super close to the metro station. Check in and out was super fast.

Rooms a little small. Just the rumble of metro trains to fall asleep too, nothing too intrusive.
Excellent breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Comfortable seating for evening drinks and afternoon tea/ coffee. Convenient location for what we wanted and close enough to the metro. Good local restaurants.

The mattress was covered by some plastic cover that made it really uncomfortable at night. The breakfast system of boiling the eggs yourself is horrible.
Clean, friendly staff, 5 Minutes on foot to Metro, acceptable breakfast.Nice rooms, nice shower . Several convenience stores, bars and restaurants nearby.

they assumed I left on my second night as ended up sleeping somewhere else and they throw away some food I had left in the room. they explained that was their policy which is weird.

Room is like minimalist style. We have like the family room so it's OK in terms of space. Not too bad. Maybe a little bit bigger table could have been better. And also shower screen is a bit short, so floor gets wet at times. But otherwise the experience we had is very good. Coffee machine downstairs. Drinking water machine too. All free for occupants of course.Continental breakfast 😋 in the morning.
We like the location. The nearest metro is PORTE DE SANT CLOUD. It's like a 5 min walk from the hotel. Mc Donalds outside metro [ Porte de Sant Cloud]. Supermarket [ Supermarche G20] and other near supermarkets around less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. Restaurants around. Really a very good location. From the metro to DISNEYLAND approx 1H 30 mins including transfers. To the centre of Paris like Eiffel, etc, from metro approx 30-40 mins.
