We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very warm welcome from the owner on reception, received a room upgrade and the bed was exceptionally comfortable- we slept like logs! Loved the vibe!!

FranceEasy access for Grenoble and parking behind closed gates. Rooms very pleasant and areas with plenty of places to sit. Exceptional service from the reception staff, it was a bank holiday and Phillippe tried to find us a restaurant that was open. There were none nearby and so it was suggested that we order in some food. We agreed and on arriving in reception were pleasantly surprised to find a table set for us and then the food was prepared and brought out when we were ready.

Our room had a mountain view and many extras, including Clarins products in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning helped us have a fabulous nights sleep. The breakfast was extensive and very good.

SpainThey made a copy of my credit card and saved it on paper!! This was not comfortable at all with this. The receptionist does not talk English, he did his best in order to try to communicate with me, but it was hard.
