We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was upgraded as a surprise from the hotel, and my room had a view of the Eiffel Tower and the roofs of Paris - an absolutely amazing view. The Hotel and all Staff were welcoming ,friendly, with personal service and advice on special places to visit , eat , exhibitions , and tours. Special mention of thanks to the hotel taxi driver who collected and took us back to the airport. Also to the hotel staff who made a special effort to treat my daughter with birthday gifts amd personal message on our arrival in our room and arranged a birthday tea, upon my request , in their lounge area.

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with an excellent staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had both a walk-in shower and a tub. The hammam and pool were great features.

I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was outstanding. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and offered quick, efficient check-in. The room itself was nothing short of luxurious with view to the Eifel tower Impeccably clean, very spacious for Paris standards, and beautifully designed, it provided the perfect environment to relax after a busy day. Hotel is perfectly situated—close to major attractions, shopping districts, and transport links, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. All in all, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning for future stays.

Returned after 22 years and it’s been transformed into a beautiful boutique hotel with all of the facilities you need for a weekend in Paris. Location is fantastic and a great base to explore the city.
