Room was bit small and even though they have limited on-site parking, parking spots were too tight.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. They also spoke excellent English. Breakfast was also nice. There is always free water dispenser and coffee machine. Also very conveniently located close to City center.

There is no lift in the hotel. There are only the ground and first floors though so manageable. The room is a bit small. The location is away from the train station; buses are not frequent so be prepared to walk if you have a train/flight to catch. The neighborhood could be quiet in the evening with few shops around.

The continental breakfast was nice with a variety of pastries, cereal, juice, cheese, etc. The staff were all helpful. Interior decor is new and clean.

There was a loud noise from the room next to us that lasted the entire night ! Annoying!

The bathroom is very small. The hotel building and its decoration aren't the greatest, but everything clean and fairly new.

It is a rather small room but recently renovated and very clean. Good beds. Nice breakfast. 10 min walk to the town center and close to the main roads. Perfect for a stop over to Italy.

Good location, short walk into the old part of Colmar, parking right outside. Very clean, polite and helpful staff who were able to speak different languages. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Best shower ever in a hotel!

There was no elevator. We suffered from a bad smell in the room and had to request a change of the room. The location was not convenient; walking into the town in hot weather was a toil.

Breakfast was great. There was a great Thai restaurant near the hotel.

A little out of the centre, about a 10 minute walk, but convenient with a car for easy parking. This is a practical hotel, comfortable with a reasonable buffet breakfast. It has a trendy modern vibe rather than charm.

just a small detail. I got from booking the confirmation mail that my request (camomilla in the room) was accepted and taken care of while, when we arrived, they said they didn’t have it. If I knew it, I could have brought it from home.

free parking, perfect for those traveling by car and less than 10 m waking far away from the city center. beautiful lounge and very good breakfast. I like the idea of the water dispenser and also that you can get some very good pastry for free. I would go back

The parking situation is a little hit and miss. Also, the lack of a lift to the first floor room was a little difficult with two extremely heavy bags.

The communal are was a lot of fun.

There was no USB plug to charge my phone. It would be helpful if I have one by bedside. Window operator was broken so I couldnt open the window.

Very minor annotations about the bathroom: the only rack for the towels is inside the shower (couldn't find another place where to hang the two small towels); the opaque glass bathroom door unfortunately makes it impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking up the other person in the room.

Kind staff, pretty quiet area within walking distance from the city center, plastic-free policy (with water cooler available to the guest). Breakfast was good, plenty of sweet and savory food to choose from. The room was clean and cozy, it suited perfectly the short stay (1 night). Parking space is available in front of the hotel or nearby.
