Good bits. Room was a good size compared with similar priced hotels in the area. Good sized bathroom and it had a bath rather than just a shower. Not so good bits. Bed was a bit soft. The room was generally clean, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bath also had a lot of chips in the enamel. There was a large sticking out bit in the shower and I kept hitting it while trying to wash my hair. Breakfast was over priced. Poor selection, and no attempt to replace what was taken, so there was an empty plate, which probably had held ham and another with one bit of broken cheese on it. No staff appeared at any time, we were there from an hour before end of service. There was a rack to put your empty plate on but it was full.

The room was quite small and maybe a few trees could be planted outside the window to fix the view. The breakfast was very simple, I wish they had bigger cups for tea and coffee. I would love the cups in the room to be bio-plastic or something sturdier than paper.

Excellent location and free parking for even bigger vehicles. Good value for money and very helpful and friendly staff. The front garden of the hotel was beautiful.

No public area to stay at night (such as a lounge / bar area). Hotel corridor floor was not so clean, nothing to say about the bedroom in this matter.

The room was very basic, there wasn't a mini fridge or a kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea. The doors reminded of industrial type of doors and we had an adjoining door to the next room. It was giving a very cheap and anonymous feeling to the entire room. The bathroom was very dated, the bathtub had black chips (broken) and the toilet was too close to the sink. The breakfast was rather poor for the price we paid (€10 each). It is a very basic hotel, don't expect comforts or anything to make it memorable, is just ideal if you want to stop overnight, although a little pricey for what it is.

The staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming. Something we really appreciated. In the room you could plug your phone to the bedside light, just by using the usb cable. As we had only one adaptor, that made it very handy. For us, the hotel was well situated near the motorway, because we wanted to stop overnight while on our way to catch the boat in Calais.

No lift. Rooms on the second floor only have a velux window and the ceiling slopes so the room feels cramped.

Convenient location just off the autoroute. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and the front desk was staffed in the evening. Quiet until people start leaving in the morning and doors slam. Free hot drinks from the machine in the restaurant. Check out time at midday.

Located in a slightly creepy area (at least at night). We asked for a baby bed that was not ready when we arrived, so the baby ended up waking up

Grubby, very tired looking, gloomy, noisy, poor recommendations to eat - all horrible fast food, We’d recommend la fermee in Saran excellent pizza, best ever, but we had to find it ourselves, 5 minutes drive away

The breakfast was quite basic/too busy and a bit of a free for all with tables needing a good wipe over. Fine to grab a croissant / fruit and go but next time I’d stop at services for that.

Staff were friendly, easy overnight stop for journey back to England via Calais. Beds fairly comfortable.

I have no complaints.

It's close to the motorway. We just stayed for one night en route to somewhere else. It was perfectly OK for that kind of visit, but it's a bit basic.
