The location is in the middle of town, close to many shops and bus route. The hotel provided hot drinks at the lobby area which is very good considering it was cold and no kettle provided. One of our room was facing the street and the view was beautiful during the snow at night.

Very friendly staff, and we got a free train ticket up to Vallorcine-where we were headed anyways so it was a nice bonus. The breakfast was great, worth the cost. We loved having access to the coffee machine at all times.

United KingdomParking instructions were a little confusing.. looks like you are going to a dead end, but when you reach the barrier you call them from the barrier not the phone to ask them to put the barrier down and it is towards the left and straight down.
Right in the centre, dog friendly, discount on food in the attached restaurant. Parking and free coffee in foyer (none in rooms). Very basic facilities but clean and all you need for a couple of nights

BelgiumThe room door was a bit concerning. The hotel still uses vintage-style doors, and in Room 35, the lock seemed fragile, almost as if it could break from the wooden door. This made me a bit worried about the security of myself at night and my stuff when I wasn't in the room, though nothing went missing. Also, the toilet and bathroom were separate, which might be inconvenient for some.
The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Chamonix, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was happy with the large room and comfortable bed. One nice perk was the free coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate available at the entrance anytime you want. I arrived early in the morning and had to wait until 3 PM for check-in, but it wasn't a problem since they provided a room to store bags. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was good enough to start the day, the waiter was polite and helpful.
