Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were excellent and had lots of humour. Although our French is passable they made it easy for us with the option of English menus. The room was very clean. Great secure parking.

United KingdomBedroom facilities are ok, but basic. There was a kettle in the room, oddly cling filmed over, no tea bags or coffee tho. Breakfast 13 euro consisted of basic continental option, so relatively poor value. English speaking tv channels as listed didn’t work.
Friendly staff, on site restaurant served good food fairly priced, although portion size small. Beds are comfortable and shutters on windows allowed dark room. Slept well. Towels provided, in drawer under sink

United StatesWe were on the ground floor facing the street, no traffic problem as it is a small town, but there was only a light curtain and no drape.
While visiting friends in Messac, France we stayed over night in the near-by lovely old town of Bain-de-Bretagne. The beautiful old Inn had several dinner dining rooms and a separate breakfast room with a very good buffet breakfast. There was onsite front parking and was secure parking in an inclosed, locked compound in back. The Inn part was in the back of the complex with a separate entrance. Room was clean, had a comfortable bed, desk, en-suite bathroom and closets. After check in we were free to come and go and did not see the staff that much mostly because we were visiting friends elsewhere. It was very convenient for us.
