We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe loved our 3 night stay because of the hotel location, excellent condition of our room and facilities and additional amenities. The staff makes your stay even better because they’re knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Our large room with a balcony even had a partial view of the harbor. We did the breakfast plan and it was varied, delicious and plentiful in a lovely room with outdoor tables next to the pool. We arrived by train and did a short walk to the hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Beautiful and comfortable design in common spaces and the room, there is a great lounge to hang out in and easy check-in. I loved the spa which is on the first floor of the hotel, very easy to make appointments.
