We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very nice location, it’s 5 minutes walking to the Moulin Rouge and Pigalle neighborhood. Also you have a metro station very close. Nice and quiet neighborhood in general. The room was very clean.

SwitzerlandThe room was poorly soundproofed, one could hear the movements/chatting of the neighboring room. We had one night where our neighbors were really loud in the night for a prolonged period(at around 2am-2.30am). Had there been proper soundproofing, we would give 10 stars.

Hotel Excelsior Batignolles is the perfect Hotel to stay in Paris. Big room, perfect bathroom excellent location and the staff was very nice and helpfull with us!! I really recommended it

JapanIt was so comfortable to stay at this hotel. Just 6, 7 mins walk to the nearest metro station, there are many good restaurants and bakery shop and supermarket nearby there. I could take a good rest with a nice bed, big bathtub and warm services of the staffs.

Very friendly helpful staff, great location and nice room/bathroom. The lift was needed as we're on 5th floor.

The size, personality, style and decoration of the room. (Big room with high rise ceiling. Golden(main)and black interior which realistically suits me. However I exactly know it means it does not like golden or golden and black type people (me). Love the parrot decoration behind reception which means do not like parrots and it’s behavior which align with my values) I like the big mirror face to face directly points to the big bed

Friendly welcome, very central and close to Metro if you are visiting 17th or 18th arrondissement in Paris. I was put into a garden room on the ground floor out the back of the property, not the Juliet balcony rooms the site refers to, so I can only comment on that room. Room was quiet and spacious for Paris.. generally clean Basic breakfast only - great cafe next door and others close by if you need more. Affordable, welcoming place to stay in Paris

Hotel is very well located, very good part of Paris, not so much turistic, with reasonable prices in restaurants close to the hotel. But if visitors want to be in more touristic area - for example Moulin Rouge is very close (less than 10 minutes) nice walk from hotel. I believe that Batignoles is one of the best location in Paris, safe, not crowded, restaurant with local people, hotel is approximatelly three minute walk from metro station.

ChinaThe lady at the cafeteria can not speak any English though. Find it a little bit hard to communicate with her. Not very sound-proof. I can hear people from my next-doors screaming at each other. The wifi is super slow, which is a headache for someone wish to finish some work on the laptop.
Beautiful Parisien view from the window Nice neighborhood, close to the shops and restaurants, and even a small park! I found many people jogging or cycling in the neighborhood, giving the whole arrondissment a very energetic vibe. Plus, super friendly reception that really helps!
