Very nice location, it’s 5 minutes walking to the Moulin Rouge and Pigalle neighborhood. Also you have a metro station very close. Nice and quiet neighborhood in general. The room was very clean.

The wifi connection and shower weren’t great.

The location was perfect, in a lovely area with lots of nice restaurants. The metro was also very close if you wanted to travel anywhere.

The room was poorly soundproofed, one could hear the movements/chatting of the neighboring room. We had one night where our neighbors were really loud in the night for a prolonged period(at around 2am-2.30am). Had there been proper soundproofing, we would give 10 stars.

Hotel Excelsior Batignolles is the perfect Hotel to stay in Paris. Big room, perfect bathroom excellent location and the staff was very nice and helpfull with us!! I really recommended it

It was so comfortable to stay at this hotel. Just 6, 7 mins walk to the nearest metro station, there are many good restaurants and bakery shop and supermarket nearby there. I could take a good rest with a nice bed, big bathtub and warm services of the staffs.

A small detail, not a complaint. The shower head didn't have a wall fixing to mount it on. So had to hold it in one hand to use it.

Very friendly helpful staff, great location and nice room/bathroom. The lift was needed as we're on 5th floor.

The soap was in a dispenser and this is something that I don’t like in general in any hotel. My preference is single use hotel amenities.

The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms are very big compared with the hotels in which I already was. The staf is very friendly and the rooms are clean.

10th Jan around 3-4pm the male reception. When there was another guest (make him feel needed type) he rumored me back mouth in very low db voice however I still heard it. Fantasy brain neighbors. I sorted and destroyed their fantasy by reality, facts and truth

The size, personality, style and decoration of the room. (Big room with high rise ceiling. Golden(main)and black interior which realistically suits me. However I exactly know it means it does not like golden or golden and black type people (me). Love the parrot decoration behind reception which means do not like parrots and it’s behavior which align with my values) I like the big mirror face to face directly points to the big bed

The hotel internet is unacceptably slow for this time and age. Will negatively impact anyone that plans to work from the hotel room and use the hotel wifi while doing so.

Good quiet location, but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Pigalle and cosy Montmartre. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Central heating got very hot in the room, and despite turning the temperature down, remained so. Had to turn it off completely. Room daily service didn't empty bins or refresh used cups.

Friendly welcome, very central and close to Metro if you are visiting 17th or 18th arrondissement in Paris. I was put into a garden room on the ground floor out the back of the property, not the Juliet balcony rooms the site refers to, so I can only comment on that room. Room was quiet and spacious for Paris.. generally clean Basic breakfast only - great cafe next door and others close by if you need more. Affordable, welcoming place to stay in Paris

Hotel is very well located, very good part of Paris, not so much turistic, with reasonable prices in restaurants close to the hotel. But if visitors want to be in more touristic area - for example Moulin Rouge is very close (less than 10 minutes) nice walk from hotel. I believe that Batignoles is one of the best location in Paris, safe, not crowded, restaurant with local people, hotel is approximatelly three minute walk from metro station.

The lady at the cafeteria can not speak any English though. Find it a little bit hard to communicate with her. Not very sound-proof. I can hear people from my next-doors screaming at each other. The wifi is super slow, which is a headache for someone wish to finish some work on the laptop.

Beautiful Parisien view from the window Nice neighborhood, close to the shops and restaurants, and even a small park! I found many people jogging or cycling in the neighborhood, giving the whole arrondissment a very energetic vibe. Plus, super friendly reception that really helps!
