You can hear the sound of stepping the floor. But it’s OK for me.

The location is very convenient. As tourists, people sometimes worry about the security of Paris. However, I found it quite safe without the crowd when I took a walk around the hotel! I also like the tub in my bathroom!

The wooden floor made the loudest noise ever. The coffee station had old and chipped equipment.

I can hear other people walking or repairing sounds or knocking in the building but it is ok.

Staff responded about request immediately. Check in was easy. Window opens. Room warm. Water hot. Bare minimum met - hot water kettle, towels, soap, and handsoap. Warm color interior. Bed very clean. :)

The lift is not working during our stay, and our room is at 5th floor.

The place was overall good but could improve some details, for example the elevator could only have one person inside and the rooms were clean but with some dust to see.

i have a tiny complaint which should really only apply to the room I was in (room 3). The room was actually build in the middle of the courtyard and the floor insulation is pretty bad. I stayed during a cold December night and couldn’t walk barefoot on the floor. Just bring slipper just in case :) (the heating system, including the towel heater, worked great)

The location, the price and the friendly staff are all great.

Stayed in room 502. They need to put some WD-40 on all the doors on this floor. The creaking sound is so loud you can tell when other people come in and go out from their rooms. The safety deposit box was out of order. Some of the clothes hangers were broken. The lamp near the door was missing. On their own, these issues are small but when put all together, it feels like maintenance is neglected. The room size is not too small, but it's ok size. There was some dust on the shelves when we first arrived, but the room was cleaned by the following night. The sink was uncomfortable to use (the water goes everywhere when you wash your face).

Good location, accessible by a short walk from Place de Clichy metro station. The area overall feels pretty safe, even at night. There are nice restaurants and bars nearby. The bus line 30, which takes you straight to Eiffel tower, is a very short walk away. The housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the room and tidying our bed every day. Staff is nice people too!

sheets weren’t very clean and we had to ask for toilet paper instead of it being replaced when the room was cleaned. also the rooms a flor under us smoked and we woke up every morning to cigarette smell.

location is in a very lively neighborhood. staff is very friendly and nice. Views from the window is unreal.

We were on the ground floor and it was quite noisy with other guests coming and going and not being considerate enough to close and lock doors quietly at night. The aircon didn't work and the small room got quite warm at night.

Hotel location is great, easy access to metro and from there RER trains. The room was small but comfortable enough for my husband and I to share.

Very noisy. I was on the ground floor, next to the courtyard. Whenever other guests entered the building, I would get woken up because of the doors closing very loudly. Also a constant humming noise (assume from the elevator).

The walls are a little bit thin and the doors are making a noise when closing. It's not about the hotel, but the people should consider that its an old building and be a little bit thoughtful. Otherwise others can have problem with sleeping..

Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was even better than in the pictures.

Although the appartment was renovated, some facilitues (eg. Electric sockets or phone were loose, damaged and hazardous to use.) Room - kitchen utensils and fridge could use better cleaning.

Great clean hotel in an amazing location. It was so easy to access via the local transport links and was surrounded by great local places to eat.

Change the towels when cleaning the rooms, because now we still had wet towels if we wanted to shower.

I forgot my stuff after I left the hotel, the hotel receptionist (Big thanks to Ziane, you are an awesome guy!) was really helpful, and immediately after I called went to check and put my stuff into a box and putted it in the secured office. Moreover about the accomodation; The hotel has a really low pricepoint for Paris, while it is situated in a really nice and peaceful neighborhoud. The beds were really comfortable, the climate system worked perfectly, so it was nice and cool in the room while it was hot outside. There was little to no sound from outside, you did hear noices from other rooms directly attached to this one but it didn't worsen the experience. The hotel was also accessible 24 hours, which ment that we could have some nightlife activities and were still able to enter the hotel. The rooms were really clean, and their were multiple metro's as close as 5-10 minutes by foot.
