Check-in could've been smoother; the host/staff just isn't around for check-in until 5 p.m. You need to call to alert someone; we arrived to find the place locked. Thankfully, the host also operates the restaurant next door, so the staff was able to track him down. There was a bit of a language barrier but not insurmountable.

Very nice accommodation, nice breakfast (though a bit pricey), responsive host. Incredibly quiet. Next to a lovely restaurant with a terrific bar (and Bartender Alex, who was a hoot and extremely cordial).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WORST BREAKFAST EVER. 2 pieces of cheese 2 pieces of ham that looked tired with a bit of jam at the bottom of Jar with a host standing there watching you. STAY AWAY FROM THE BREAKFAST.

The television remote control didn't work (possibly batteries just needed to be replaced). We phoned a member of staff but he replied he couldn't do anything about it.

The hotel is at 5 minutes walk of the town centre. The room is comfortable and clean. Caring staff.

Animal excrement in the parking area and a lot of it. Suggestions that hotel is disability friendly. Yes a ramp to the front door, but then wooden polished stairs to rooms with minimal support/handrails. Kettle and water available but minimal makings and no milk/cream pods

Breakfast is typical French, which is fine, except the cost is steep for what you get. Parking is a bit awkward to get larger cars into, and again a bit steep, but you could also park on the street if you wanted. Hotel doesn't have an elevator, which may be a problem for people carrying heavy/large bags. Stairs are wide and easy to navigate.

The hotel is located in a quiet hidden courtyard off one of the main streets. Rooms are quiet, bed is super comfy, wifi great, and the staff, though they don't speak English, were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is close to city center and easy to get to, even if walking from the main station. Hard to find anything to fault about the room or hotel.

No check-in until 5pm, which is far later than any other hotel. The building was locked & all lights off when we arrived- I phoned the number on the door & waited around 15 mins until someone arrived to open the hotel. Frustrating after a long day of sightseeing.

Parking on-site for €10 per day. Located centrally, so easy walk to restaurants, shops & historical buildings. Short drive to numerous WW1 landmarks. Friendly staff.

we are Senior Citizens(67/61) and dragging two large suitcases up two flights of a winding staircase was a challenge to say the least.

Damien was excellent in meeting our breakfast needs. He spoke some English that helped out too.

there was a nearby bar or nightclub and the bass could be heard there’s no lift snd we were on the top floor.

the room was well arranged the beds comfortable and the shower excellent. there was heating which was very welcome parking available at a charge of 10€

Room was at the top of two flights of stairs which I found difficult with cases and nobody around to help Check in time was at 5pm and I got the impression nobody usually staffs the hotel until thar time. However although we arrived over an hour early there was somebody there who let us in. Got the impression costs kept down by minimal staffing but the people we did did meet were extremely pleasant especially the young man who was stripping beds and helped me down with cases on check out

Entrance from road a bit tight. Address is actually that of its (currently closed) restaurant; entrance to hotel not well marked but only a few steps to the right of restaurant.

Good location within easy walking distance of restaurants and self-service laundromat. (No laundry service offered.) Quiet.
